About PanCare Medical Clinic Ang Mo Kio

About PanCare Medical Clinic Ang Mo Kio

PanCare Medical Clinic Ang Mo Kio is a general practice clinic located at 133 Ang Mo Kio Ave 3, #01-1643 Kebun Baru Spring, serving patients across the Ang Mo Kio and surrounding north-central Singapore area. It holds a 4.2/5 rating across 160 Google reviews, a robust sample that provides a reasonably reliable indication of patient experience. No regulatory licence details are currently listed on this profile, so prospective patients are encouraged to confirm the clinic's MOH Healthcare Services Licence and the consulting doctor's Singapore Medical Council (SMC) registration directly before booking.

A typical visit begins with a same-day or walk-in consultation for acute conditions — fever, respiratory illness, skin conditions, minor injuries, or chronic disease follow-up — or a booked appointment for a more unhurried review. The clinic can issue medical certificates, referral letters to specialists or polyclinics, and manage repeat prescriptions for stable chronic conditions covered under the Chronic Disease Management Programme (CDMP), which allows MediSave 500/700 withdrawal for conditions including hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidaemia, asthma, and selected others. For patients with Integrated Shield Plans layered on MediShield Life, GP consultations at private clinics are generally not covered by inpatient IP riders, though some plans include outpatient GP riders — confirm your plan's terms before expecting reimbursement.

To book a consultation, contact PanCare Medical Clinic Ang Mo Kio via WhatsApp, phone, or the online enquiry form to check current waiting times and confirm whether walk-ins are accepted on the day.

If possible I would want to rate "0". Clinic stated is open until 1.00pm and I reached at 12.25pm, the counter staff refused to do registration for me and claimed there is alot of patients waiting, despite I rushed all the way to the clinic and there is still 35mins...I would not recommend this clinic👎

I have been to this Clinic for some times, met a few doctors too. The terrible one is the aging female doctor like some of the people from other reviews mentioned. Rude, sarcastic, telling me not to waste her time asking questions. I am not a doctor, I would like to know what is happening to my body on some symptoms I experienced, so I have to ask doctor right? Tell me not to waste her time and alot of patients waiting, come on from what I see, there was only 1 patient outside waiting. Other than that, others doctors are good. More attentive and explains to the patients.

The mid age female dr, KMLing is very unfriendly, no manner, sarcastic. She is well know by the neighborhood of her bad attitude & causing the previous clinic (same location as Pancare now) to closed down before. I don't understand why Pancare Management didn't do some survey before employing her. During consultation, she put to much personal emotion & is not professional. She is likely suffered from mental problem and try to release the bad energy back to patients. This is serious, I urge the management to take some disciplinary action and do some investigation. And my words to KMLing, we, patient, paid money to you is to seek for your professional service, we are not your slave and we don't deserve to be humiliated. As a doctor, while medical knowledge is undoubtedly important, personal character and ethics are even more crucial. Once must treat patients with respect, for only then will they respect the doctor. Think twice before you speak, mind your language.

I never want to give a review but the old female doctor worth the rating. U are a doctor and u should able to know if patient sicks. I even knock the door and greet doctor, but how this doctor react? Showing her attitude and scolded patient asked patient to eat medicine and go work. U asked to wear mask so won't spread germ to others but u also told me to go work and spread the germ to my colleagues? Please stop ur nonsense. Ur consultation fee even higher. Counter staff is always bad attitude as the doctor did and rude to old people. Waiting time is very long.

No one expects to get sick and have to see a doctor for treatment. When a patient comes to see a doctor, they are seeking medical care, not to be insulted. If you received such medical services, how would you feel? If you are just trying to vent your emotions, please adjust your mindset at home before coming back to work. If you do not want to see patients, then resign. All other doctors are very friendly and helpful, except you. Do you know you are very famous in this area? No wonder no one wants to wait in line for medical services when you are on duty. Overall, the medical services are really excellent, with patience and careful examinations, providing friendly assistance—except for you, ma’am. That's very TERRIBLE and HORRIBLE. I can't believe it I met a doctor like you. What a nightmare!!!!!!!!!!! YOU SHOULD NOT TREAT A PATIENT LIKE THAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does PanCare Medical Clinic Ang Mo Kio charge?

GP consultations at private clinics in Singapore typically run S$25–60, with variations depending on the complexity of the visit and whether investigations are ordered. Common add-ons include a blood panel at S$60–200, a urine test at S$15–40, and prescriptions billed separately from the consultation fee. GST applies on private medical services. For planned investigations or procedures, request a written cost estimate at the clinic so you can split the insurance, MediSave, and out-of-pocket portions clearly before proceeding. Patients eligible for the Community Health Assist Scheme (CHAS) — which covers Singapore Citizens and PRs with CHAS Blue, Orange, or MG cards — may receive subsidised rates at participating GP clinics; confirm whether PanCare Medical Clinic Ang Mo Kio is a CHAS-participating clinic when you call. Is PanCare Medical Clinic Ang Mo Kio MOH-licensed and how do I verify the doctor?

No regulatory licence details are currently listed on this KakiList profile. Every legitimate GP clinic in Singapore holds an MOH Healthcare Services Licence under the Healthcare Services Act — verifiable on the MOH licensee directory at moh.gov.sg. Every practising doctor must also appear on the Singapore Medical Council (SMC) public register at smc.gov.sg, where you can confirm registration status, specialisation, and any disciplinary history. Confirm both the clinic's MOH licence and the consulting doctor's SMC entry before your first visit. Neither alone is sufficient — the licence covers the premises and the SMC entry covers the individual practitioner. If either cannot be confirmed, proceed with caution and consider an alternative clinic until the details are verified. Verify the doctor's name on the Singapore Medical Council register and the clinic's MOH Healthcare Services Licence before booking, and for any planned procedure request a written financial counselling estimate that itemises insurance payout, MediSave deduction, and out-of-pocket portions before paying any deposit.

How do I use MediSave or insurance at PanCare Medical Clinic Ang Mo Kio?

MediSave can be used for outpatient GP visits under the Chronic Disease Management Programme (CDMP), which covers conditions such as hypertension, type 2 diabetes, hyperlipidaemia, asthma, COPD, stroke, and selected mental health conditions. The MediSave withdrawal limit for CDMP is S$500–700 per year depending on the condition; this does not cover acute consultations for non-listed conditions. Integrated Shield Plans (IPs) layered on MediShield Life generally cover inpatient and day-surgery costs rather than outpatient GP visits, unless your plan includes an outpatient GP rider — check your policy documents or call your insurer to confirm before expecting reimbursement. CHAS cardholders should confirm the clinic's CHAS participation status to access subsidised consultation rates. For any blood work or investigations ordered, request an itemised receipt so you can submit claims accurately to your insurer or MediSave account.
