It holds a 4.6/5 rating across 86 Google reviews, which represents a moderate sample and provides a reasonable directional signal of patient satisfaction. For a first visit, patients typically walk in or call ahead to check queue times, particularly during peak morning hours or after working hours when GP clinics tend to be busiest. The clinic can be reached via WhatsApp, phone, or an online enquiry form. A standard GP consultation covers presenting complaints, examination, investigation ordering where indicated (such as blood panels or urine tests), prescription, and a referral letter to a public or private specialist if a higher level of care is required. Patients wishing to use MediSave or an Integrated Shield Plan should confirm at registration which services are claimable, as outpatient GP visits have specific MediSave 500 withdrawal limits and CDMP eligibility applies only to listed chronic conditions at enrolled CDMP GP practices.

To the Clinic Management Team, I am writing to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional experience I had during my recent visit. In a world where healthcare can often feel rushed and impersonal, your clinic stands out as a beacon of professionalism and compassion. First and foremost, I would like to commend Dr.s Their expertise and thorough approach were immediately evident. They listened attentively to my concerns and provided clear, thoughtful explanations. It is rare to find a physician who combines such a high level of clinical excellence with a genuine, reassuring bedside manner. The doctor is truly excellent, and I left the consultation feeling confident and well-cared for. Furthermore, I must highlight the incredible contribution of your receptionist, Rachel .Rachel is an absolute asset to your team. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warmth that immediately put me at ease. What truly sets Rachel apart is her meticulous attention to detail. She didn't just check me in; she ensured all my information was correct, patiently explained the next steps, and anticipated needs I hadn't even voiced. It is evident that Rachel has tons of years of experience in healthcare—she navigates her duties with a seamless efficiency that only comes with time and dedication. However, it is her character that leaves the most lasting impression. She treats every patient who walks through the door not just as a case number, but as a person. She takes care of each and every individual with profound love and respect, creating a welcoming and supportive atmosphere before the patient even sees the doctor. She is an amazing person who truly sets the tone for the entire clinic experience. Thank you for fostering such a wonderful environment and for having staff members who genuinely care. Sincerely, Shailendra
Registered at 10:30am, saw the doctor by 10:40am, got my medication at 10:50am, and was out by 11:00am after my claims was cleared. In that short span, four other patients managed to see the doctor and some collected their meds too. Super efficient! From registration to dispensing, everything was smooth and well-organised by the chirpy and friendly counter staff (should give them a big bonus and retain them), while Dr. Germaine was both reassuring and cheerful, important for patients who are not exactly in their best mood, especially visiting a clinic during CNY period. Kudos to her professionalism, advising me on which medication to continue from a previous clinic without dissing the other doctor’s prescription. This is how a clinic should be run. Strongly recommend!
Counter lady is super helpful. Appreciate her help to check for ambulance and charges when I requested her help. Doctor was very meticulous and patient. Overall put this clinic as the go to clinic if necessary.
Dr Germaine is super patient and with good patients as well! I was adviced to take an injection for my skin condition and it is very effective! Also with great attitude provided by the concierge team and overall great experience!
I went to see Dr Germaine Tan for vaccine jabs and to check on our lingering cough symptoms. Dr was patient and assured my wife and I that we are on the road to recovery without needing additional medicine. The clinic was also very clean and organized. Nice.

GP consultation fees at private clinics in Singapore typically range from S$25 to S$60 per visit, with after-hours or weekend consultations sometimes carrying a surcharge. Confirm PanCare Medical Clinic Serangoon's current fee schedule directly, as pricing can vary by consultation complexity and time of day. No regulatory licences are currently listed for PanCare Medical Clinic Serangoon on this directory entry. Before attending, patients should verify two things independently: first, that the clinic premises hold a valid MOH Healthcare Services Licence under the Healthcare Services Act — searchable on the MOH licensee directory at moh.gov.sg; second, that the consulting doctor is on the Singapore Medical Council (SMC) public register at smc.gov.sg, which confirms registration status and any disciplinary history. For a GP clinic, basic SMC registration for the attending doctor and an MOH clinic licence are the two mandatory credentials. Neither alone is sufficient — both should be confirmed. If the clinic participates in CHAS (Community Health Assist Scheme), that is an additional signal of MOH enrolment, and eligible Singapore Citizens and PRs can receive subsidised consultation and medication fees under CHAS tiers.
For standard outpatient GP visits, MediSave withdrawal is permitted up to S$500 per year under the general outpatient limit, but only at clinics enrolled in the relevant MediSave outpatient schemes — confirm with the clinic whether it is enrolled before assuming MediSave can be used at the counter. For chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, high cholesterol, asthma, or stroke, the Chronic Disease Management Programme (CDMP) raises the MediSave withdrawal limit to S$700 per year at enrolled GP practices. Integrated Shield Plans (IPs) layered on MediShield Life generally cover inpatient stays and day surgery rather than routine GP visits, though some riders include outpatient specialist benefits. Confirm your plan's outpatient coverage with your insurer before expecting reimbursement. For any planned investigation or referral, request a written financial counselling note that splits the estimated costs between insurance, MediSave, and out-of-pocket portions — this avoids surprises at the point of billing.
