For most patients, a visit begins with a walk-in consultation or a call ahead to check waiting times — the clinic can be reached by WhatsApp, phone, or the online enquiry form. A GP consultation typically covers acute illness, chronic disease management, minor injuries, and routine prescriptions. Patients managing ongoing conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, or high cholesterol may wish to ask whether the clinic participates in the Chronic Disease Management Programme (CDMP), which allows MediSave withdrawals of up to S$700 per year for listed conditions. The National Childhood Immunisation Programme (NIP) schedule is another practical reference point for families with young children attending the clinic.
To book an appointment or check current waiting times, contact PanCare Medical Lor Ah Soo directly via WhatsApp or phone before attending.
Verify the doctor's name on the Singapore Medical Council register and the clinic's MOH Healthcare Services Licence before booking, and for any planned procedure request a written financial counselling estimate that itemises insurance payout, MediSave deduction, and out-of-pocket portions before paying any deposit.
Call the clinic twice but no answer. Reached there at 8.45pm and was told registration closes. Clinic refuse to check on my daughter even there’s not a single patients inside. I was told that all their clinic registration closes 30mins before closing time If someone would have answered my call, I would not have rushed my daughter to this clinic and probably enough time to visit another clinic
Great clinic and staff who makes us feel better! Dr Chew quickly became my family GP after my in-laws discovered this new-ish clinic near home and got their flu jabs from him. His friend and gentle mannerisms help patients feel at ease. Amanda is my family’s favourite clinic assistant. Friendly, helpful and efficient lady who remembers our names and particulars. Five stars to the staff!
Dr Kenneth Chew is friendly and attentive. Counter staff are friendly and efficient.
Hardly visit doctors as i am rarely sick, so once im really sick i would need more time to recover before going back to work. First time visiting here as trying out company insurance, had diarrhoea started 2 days ago and twice in the morning before heading down luckily there were no queues only 2mins before i see Dr Ong Guan Hong. Once i reached, his mood was really grouchy, asked me what happened so i told him about my symptoms, he then placed the stethoscope on my tummy and gave me one day mc. I pleaded for an extra day so i could rest but he just refused and said “light case, 1 day enough” without asking more questions and chased me out. There was nobody outside and he could not even put in more effort or even show a little empathy. You might think that i am there just for the MC but i really do in-fact need that extra day to fully recover. Now im just going back to my frequent clinic, although wait time is longer, but the doctor there is much more emphatic and will never rush or chase you away. Thank you for letting me know not to waste my time coming down again in the future.
Friendly doctor and receptionist (Glennice and Amanda)! Brought my mum there for her venous swelling issue. Apart from just consulting him for my symptoms, he also checked and advised whichever relevant vaccines that my mum is due to take.

GP consultation fees at private clinics in Singapore typically run S$25–60 per visit, with follow-up reviews generally at the lower end of that range. Common add-ons billed separately include investigations such as blood panels (S$60–200), X-rays (S$80–150), and rapid diagnostic tests, as well as prescription medications and medical certificates. GST applies on private medical services. Patients with Integrated Shield Plans (IPs) should note that GP visits at private clinics are generally not covered under IP for inpatient benefits, but MediSave can be used for selected outpatient treatments under the CDMP for eligible chronic conditions. Contact PanCare Medical Lor Ah Soo directly for their current fee schedule. See the full GP & 24-Hour Clinics cost guide for Singapore →
Every legitimate clinic in Singapore must hold an MOH Healthcare Services Licence issued under the Healthcare Services Act, and every practising doctor must be registered on the Singapore Medical Council (SMC) public register at smc.gov.sg. You can search by the doctor's name to confirm registration status, specialist accreditation where applicable, and any disciplinary history. These two checks — clinic licence and individual SMC registration — are both necessary; neither alone is sufficient. No regulatory licences are currently listed in PanCare Medical Lor Ah Soo's KakiList profile. Patients are encouraged to ask the clinic directly for their MOH licence number and the consulting doctor's SMC registration details before booking, particularly for non-acute or ongoing care.
MediSave can be used for outpatient GP consultations for selected chronic conditions under the Chronic Disease Management Programme (CDMP), with a withdrawal limit of up to S$700 per year. Conditions covered include hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidaemia, asthma, COPD, stroke, and selected mental health conditions, among others. Confirm with the clinic whether they are a CDMP-accredited practice before your visit. Integrated Shield Plans (IPs) layered on MediShield Life generally cover private specialist and inpatient care rather than routine GP visits. For any planned procedure or day surgery, request a written financial counselling estimate from the clinic in advance — this should itemise the expected insurance payout, MediSave deduction, and your out-of-pocket portion clearly. Skipping this step is the most common source of unexpected bills.
