KakiList has confirmed operating details and a contact channel for this listing. The clinic holds a 2.9/5 rating across 58 Google reviews — a moderate sample size, though the rating is notably below the typical range for well-regarded GP clinics in Singapore, and prospective patients should read the reviews in detail before attending. No regulatory licences are currently listed in this directory profile.
For a first visit, patients typically walk in or call ahead to check queue times. As a general practice clinic, the scope usually covers acute illness, chronic disease management under the Chronic Disease Management Programme (CDMP) for conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, and hyperlipidaemia, routine referrals to specialist outpatient clinics, and participation in the Screen for Life subsidised health screening programme for Singapore Citizens and PRs. Patients holding an Integrated Shield Plan layered on MediShield Life should confirm whether the clinic is on their insurer's panel for cashless outpatient claims. MediSave may be used for CDMP-listed conditions under the S$500–700 outpatient withdrawal limits. Bring your NRIC and insurance card, and flag any chronic conditions at registration so the appropriate CDMP subsidies can be applied.

The lady in the front desk is annoying. Even fault on her, will show you one kind of eye contact, as if I am here ask them giving me money. If you don't like your job, change your job pls.
The clinic assistants could be more empathetic esp the younger one. They gossip abt non chinese speaking patients in mandarin and gossip abt senior speaking chinese in english. Pls be aware singaporeans are multilingual.
The receptionists' level of service and politeness largely depend very much on their mood.
The staff were rude and debating tone. Told the locum my husband had asthma but instead he put bronchitis. I am also working in a clinic so I know what's going on. Talking to me as if I don't know what's the clinic setting and rules are. Other Dr I went to also treat my husband under asthma and inform them since the Dr I went to are closed . Therefore the one star. Might not want to go there again. Just improve the staff there and don't underestimate other people knowledge too.therefore the star is one.
First visit to this PanHealth Clinic due to under Company Panel of Clinics. Went to consult Dr Loh WJ because of swelling and process was fast. No observations, nothing! He only prescribed Paracetamol, that only ONE medication. Nothing to reduce Swelling. Is he helping the Clinic to save costs???

GP consultations at private family clinics in Singapore typically run S$25–60 per visit for a standard consultation, with additional charges for investigations (blood panel S$60–200, X-ray S$80–150), prescribed medications, and any procedures performed during the visit. GST applies on private medical services. For patients on the Chronic Disease Management Programme (CDMP), MediSave can offset outpatient costs up to S$500–700 per year for listed chronic conditions. Screen for Life subsidised health screening is available at participating CHAS GP clinics for eligible Singapore Citizens and PRs at heavily reduced rates. No regulatory licences are currently recorded in this directory profile for Panhealth Family Clinic Punggol Sumang. Every legitimate clinic in Singapore must hold an MOH Healthcare Services Licence issued under the Healthcare Services Act — verifiable on the MOH licensee directory at moh.gov.sg. Every practising doctor must be registered on the Singapore Medical Council (SMC) public register at smc.gov.sg, where you can confirm registration status, any specialist accreditation, and disciplinary history. Prospective patients are strongly encouraged to verify both the clinic's MOH licence and the consulting doctor's SMC registration directly before booking. The absence of licence information in this listing means independent verification is especially important here.
Integrated Shield Plans (IPs) layered on MediShield Life generally cover inpatient stays and some day-surgery procedures subject to deductibles, co-insurance, and rider rules. For outpatient GP visits, most IP policies do not provide cashless coverage unless the clinic is on the insurer's GP panel — confirm this with your insurer before attending. MediSave can be used for outpatient treatment of CDMP-listed chronic conditions (hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidaemia, stroke, asthma, and others) under the S$500–700 annual withdrawal limit. For any planned procedures, request a written financial counselling estimate itemising insurance payout, MediSave deduction, and out-of-pocket portions before proceeding. Skipping this step is the most common reason patients are surprised by their final bill.
