At the consultation, the doctor will take a brief history, assess the presenting condition, and advise on treatment, investigations, or referrals as needed. Prescriptions are dispensed at the clinic, and follow-up appointments can be arranged for chronic conditions managed under the Chronic Disease Management Programme (CDMP), which allows MediSave withdrawal of up to S$700 per year for eligible conditions including hypertension, diabetes, and lipid disorders. Patients with Integrated Shield Plans should note that most outpatient GP visits are not claimable under IP coverage, though MediSave and CDMP pathways apply where relevant.

Doctors and staffs here are quite friendly. Many different doctors but they are all professional and rather thorough with their checks depending on my condition. Staffs are always clear with their explanation on the medication and its usage. Any vaccination or other forms of medical issue, advisable to call and make an appointment. Clinic is quite popular in the area as there is normally a number of people waiting inside and outside

The staff was extremely rude. Simple instructions given sounds like a command. There was 2 ladies on duty. The Chinese lady was polite and sweet. But the other lady was the opposite. Her, “your IC.” Me, “I came here before. Do u need me to recite it out or show you the IC?” Her, “physical or SingPass IC. Every time you come here, you need to show your IC and your insurance card.” Cold. Emotionless. Plain rude. I usually go to my regular clinic who just need me to recite my IC number. I may be ignorance of your clinic’s procedure but treating this way doesn’t seems proper. After I showed her my phone, she didn’t even told me it was done and just continued to work on her screen. After which, she just pass me the stack of paper. I know it’s standard procedure to fill in the details for company claim. However, doing so, without any smile, or eye contact makes me feel that she is treating me as invisible. I don’t even feel like putting back the pen and paper back to her. She reply, “pen put here.” I don’t need to feel important, but please treat me as a person. Service is reciprocate. When you are nice to people, people treat you nicely too. People who goes to clinic already feel lousy. No point making them feel even more lousy. I saw the way she handle other patients. Cold. Emotionless. Simply feels like she doesn’t enjoy what she is doing. She does treat different people differently. Cold and less cold. Maybe she didn’t like me. I wish to highlight that the Chinese lady and dr yam was extremely nice. Maybe the rude staff was there to enhance their good service. Haha..

Really horrible experience with parkway Shenton buangkok. Clinic closes at 12.30pm on Sunday. Walked in at around 11.40pm for a critical health issue (but past the emergency phase) but was coldly refused a queue number to see the doc despite explaining the urgent situation. Was asked to go to another clinic or A&E instead (pls do not waste public resources this way). Receptionists should learn to exercise some independent judgement and compassion instead of following procedures blindly.

I've been visiting this clinic since 2012, and I continue to do so even though it’s not located near my home, simply because of the consistently outstanding service and care provided here. Dr. Tiffany has been my go-to doctor all these years. Her professionalism, gentle demeanor, and genuine care for patients have remained unchanged; she always welcomes me with the same smile and offers thoughtful advice. She treats not just symptoms but also shows care for patients as individuals, including children and elderly folks. The front desk experience has also been fantastic. I recall the polite and helpful Filipino staff from earlier years, and now Fang Lei continues the same standard — always courteous, calm, and professional, regardless of how busy the clinic becomes. The team never shows frustration or impatience, making the entire visit smooth and respectful. Their token system and medication verification process (checking weight and height, appointment confirmation etc ) are efficient and reassuring. It shows their commitment to proper patient care and safety. After more than 12 years, I can confidently say that this clinic is one of the best in terms of care, professionalism, and consistency. I truly appreciate their dedication.
