the receptionists are great here but that's about it. The blood pressure pump's fabric that wraps around your upper arm was so smelly and probably very very used and not cleaned over the years that I had to sanitise my arm afterwards. I informed the Dr. who did not respond to my remark. The Dr. asked me to take a blood test for shortness of breath and slight cough. Did not check my breathing at all. Sure enough, when I came back to have the results of the blood test, my blood work came back fine. It was then when he checked my breathing. He then said he would give me a course of antibiotics, but there was none prescribed. The Dr's hygiene also is something to note. His clothes smelt like they had not been washed. Anyway, it was a bad experience and I've given the feedback to the corp comms, this is a review to inform other potential patients.
