Dr. Hoe Wan Sin is truly one of the nicest and kindest doctors we’ve ever met in Singapore. While many clinics tend to rush through consultations, Dr. Hoe took the time to explain everything patiently and clearly. When our baby’s medical record was messed up by a previous clinic, she personally helped us verify the details in the system. Unlike the other clinic that charged us $50 for a simple A4 memo, Dr. Hoe printed the necessary documents for us without charging a single cent. This really reflects her empathy and strong ethical standards. The clinic staff were also gentle, helpful, and kind. We experienced zero waiting time when we walked in on a weekday for our baby’s vaccination. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. We would highly recommend this clinic to anyone seeking trustworthy and compassionate care.

Didn't see the Dr, but would like to commend the lady who answered my call today. Didn't manage to get her name though. Had wanted to bring my kids to do a vaccine and I had called to check for stock availability. She then advised that we should see the GP for the first dose of the vaccine, and that there isn't any GPs at the clinic on Saturdays. She then helped me to call other clinics with GP near my place to check for stock availability before calling me back to confirm which clinic I can visit. Really appreciate the effort by her which saved me a lot of time.

Horrid experience at this clinic, only come if you don’t care about costs as you’re fully covered by your company medical. Came for stomach discomfort and was attended to by a locum doctor on duty who told me it might be something worse and recommended a blood test. Total charges for a consultation, blood test and medicine for stomach discomfort came up to $200+. No price transparency except for the consultation fee which is $48+ - please ask for the cost breakdown before they take your blood. Had to call to chase for the results despite doctor saying he would call the very next day to communicate the results of the blood test, but they refused to explain the results over the phone, insisted I come back to the clinic in person due to PDPA and when I did, they wanted to charge me another round of consultation fee for the review itself (!?!?!) Thankfully managed to negotiate for a waiver.
