About Parkway Shenton Harbourfront Tower One
Parkway Shenton Harbourfront Tower One is a GP clinic located at HarbourFront Tower One, serving patients across Singapore. It is part of the Parkway Shenton network, a well-established corporate primary care group. KakiList has verified the operating details and contact channel. The clinic holds a 3.6/5 rating across 197 Google reviews — a robust sample that suggests consistent but mixed patient experience. Pricing is positioned in the mid-range ($$) on a per-visit basis, in line with private GP market norms of approximately S$25–60 per consultation before investigations and medications.
For a first visit, patients typically walk in or call ahead to check queue length; corporate Parkway Shenton clinics also accept panel appointments under employer group insurance schemes. The consultation covers the presenting condition, a physical examination, and any necessary investigations such as a throat swab, urine dipstick, or blood glucose check. Prescriptions are dispensed on-site. For conditions requiring specialist referral, the GP can issue a referral letter to a public hospital outpatient specialist clinic or to a private specialist, which also determines whether MediSave and Integrated Shield Plan coverage applies downstream. Patients with chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, or hyperlipidaemia may be managed under the Chronic Disease Management Programme (CDMP), which unlocks MediSave 700 withdrawal limits for qualifying outpatient treatment.
To book or check waiting time, contact the clinic directly via WhatsApp, phone, or the enquiry form listed on this page before making the trip to HarbourFront Tower One.
Verify the doctor's name on the Singapore Medical Council register and the clinic's MOH Healthcare Services Licence before booking, and for any planned procedure request a written financial counselling estimate that itemises insurance payout, MediSave deduction, and out-of-pocket portions before paying any deposit.
I recently completed a pre-employment medical examination at a Parkway Shenton Medical Clinic and wanted to share my positive experience, highlighting the excellent service from your staff as well as a small suggestion. The process was well-organized from the start. My examination did not require a blood test, which was clearly communicated. I was particularly impressed by the nursing team. Nurse Victoria was very professional and thorough during the initial checks, such as measuring my height, weight, and vision. Her friendly and reassuring manner helped me feel at ease immediately. A standout member of your team was Nurse Qin Yu. She was exceptionally helpful and attentive. When she realized my next step was an X-ray and that it needed to be done at your Alexandra branch, she provided me with clear, precise directions. She specifically mentioned it was just two MRT stops away, which was very useful and practical information that made the rest of my appointment seamless. Her guidance saved me time and confusion. I also had a consultation with Dr. Chin, who conducted the physical examination with great professionalism. Dr. Chin was thorough, clear in explaining the process, and very reassuring. The clinic itself was clean and efficient, contributing to a smooth experience. As a constructive suggestion for improvement: It would have been great if the clinic or the appointment confirmation had informed me that a urine test would be part of the examination. Prior notice would have allowed me to come better prepared. Overall, my visit was very positive. The combined care from Nurse Victoria and Nurse Qin Yu, along with the professional diagnosis from Dr. Chin, made a significant difference. They are a great asset to your clinic and turned a mandatory medical check into a stress-free and efficient experience. Thank you for the high standard of service.
Did my medical examination here and was attended by Victoria. Happy to see her as previously she was at Toa Payoh working with Dr Benjy remember her because she is very professional and calm there was this day the clinic was busy and crowded happened to have 2 patients need to call ambulance in a short period of time and she managed the patients and other patients telling them the situation and thank them for their understanding as the waiting time will be longer and due to the small space she need us to wait outside instead and offer to give us a call when it’s our turn and calm the patient while they wait for the ambulance to arrive as well. Now she’s at the HarbourFront branch and She is still the same polite, friendly and helpful throughout. She drew my blood, skillful, as the procedure was almost painless told her I got bad experiences previously and very nervous and she calm me down and talk to me and remind me to breathe and I didn’t even notice she’s done! Keep up the good work! Love her hospitality as she makes people feel better when though they are unwell. Overall, the entire medical examination was a pleasant experience. I'm glad to have chosen this outlet and great to see Victoria again. Thumbs up to all the staff working there too !
went to the clinic few days ago. attended by victoria although the clinic was very crowd and busy she still very calm and gentle. she did my reg, my check up and took my blood cause i was also scare of blood and needles she was gentle and fast after she’s done i saw the blood in the blood tube felt abit dizzy she offered me some milo and biscuits ensure im feeling okay before i leave the room and constantly checked if im okay while waiting for doctor to bell my number. will come back to this clinic again 🫡
I was advised by the doctor to have my annual follow up health check with blood tests. It was not my first time coming to the clinic. I left this clinic feeling upset and distress. The doctor attempted to draw my blood twice, and both attempts failed. Each attempt was painful, with the needle being inserted and adjusted without success, causing sharp discomfort and lingering soreness. I fasted for no good reasons and the clinic now advised me to travel to Mount Elizabeth hospital to get it done. A blood test is a basic medical procedure, and I expected a higher level of competence and professionalism. If the doctor is not familiar or competent to do it then the clinic should not attempt to arrange for this to be done. Please avoid this clinic if you are advised for blood tests here to done.
easy-breezy-feeling whenever istepped in for queries, knowledgeable team !!! doc ho yen yen may be my healing therapist 🤣 for today as ireceived my dose of protection

No MOH Healthcare Services Licence or Singapore Medical Council (SMC) registration appears in the information currently held for this listing. For a legitimate GP clinic, both are mandatory — the clinic premises must hold an MOH Healthcare Services Licence (verifiable on the MOH licensee directory), and every consulting doctor must be registered on the SMC public register at smc.gov.sg, where you can confirm registration status and any disciplinary history. Parkway Shenton is a named corporate healthcare group in Singapore, and its clinics are generally expected to hold the requisite licences, but KakiList has not independently verified the licence details for this outlet. Confirm both the clinic licence and the named consulting doctor's SMC registration directly with the clinic before your appointment. Verify the doctor's name on the Singapore Medical Council register and the clinic's MOH Healthcare Services Licence before booking, and for any planned procedure request a written financial counselling estimate that itemises insurance payout, MediSave deduction, and out-of-pocket portions before paying any deposit.
Integrated Shield Plans (IPs) layered on MediShield Life primarily cover inpatient stays and day surgery rather than routine GP visits, though some IP riders include outpatient or emergency GP benefits — check your specific plan terms. For outpatient visits, MediSave can be withdrawn under the S$500/year general outpatient limit or S$700/year under the Chronic Disease Management Programme (CDMP) for listed chronic conditions including hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidaemia, stroke, asthma, and selected mental health conditions. Parkway Shenton clinics are panel providers for many corporate group insurance schemes and some insurer direct-billing arrangements — present your insurance card at registration to confirm direct billing eligibility and avoid paying out of pocket for a later claim. For any investigation or procedure recommended during the consultation, ask for a written cost breakdown before proceeding so there are no surprises on the final bill.
