I think I owe Dr Ting Xiao Liey a living. Not because FHG was closed, I wouldnt even come here. The moment I stepped in the doctor was already aggressive. Frowning and asking what do you want and then cutting me halfway. Asking me what I want, so I said antibiotics. And then she told me I have something else which I told her my test results was another results. She got even more annoyed. And asked me what I want again?!? Duh medicine? Otherwise I come here for what. Please don't take people's calm and polite speaking as your leverage to vent your frustration from before. Can't believe you needed me to show my annoyance before you realise how rude you are and mellow down. This place is just ridiculous, no wonder the 3 stars. You charge me $27.50 for consultation? I don't even think you should be paid.

I visited this clinic for do health screening. The staff by the name Grelly, really friendly and make everything go easier! Big clap for Mrs Sally yeong the way she draw my blood really good and didn’t feel painful at all! The female doctor also very friendly and tell me everything good for my check up. The attending physician I understand was Dr. Wong Khai Terng. After asking symptoms, he rushed through the consult and did not appear interested in understanding what happened to the patient, interrupting when patient was trying to give history, seemed to be rushing to get patient out, did not do proper check e.g. did not even check temp for a patient with flu symptoms until we mentioned. Dr. even prescribed lozenges for sore throat although this symptom was never mentioned and did not exist. This was the worst experience with Parkway Shenton we have experienced as a family.

Accompanied my children here to do corporate health screening. Even walked in with pre-booked appointments at 9:30am but still waited closed to 2hours to their turn for just drawing blood. This is ridiculous and not acceptable..patients walking in with empty stomach but waited way too long just to see Dr to draw blood. I think the waiting time is definitely worsen than everywhere else , even a policlinic can do better job. I will definitely not recommend this outlet!! Totally disappointed ☹️ the worst part is the lady Dr not even experienced in drawing blood.. resulted my daughter had bruises on her 2 arms and got to know the last tube was not having enough blood.. Hence, I insisted to go elsewhere to draw blood.. speechless 🤬

First and last time here. Wouldn’t be here if RMG was closed. Waiting time is terrible even though clinic is so empty. We saw a female doctor wearing glasses. She’s unprofessional and gives you a condescending look when you asked more.
