I’ve visited Parkway Shenton Punggol Oasis multiple times, and every visit has been consistently pleasant and reassuring. Dr Kiruthiga Devi, Dr Froilan, Dr Elroy, and Dr Linus are attentive, patient, and thorough. They take time to listen, explain clearly, and never make you feel rushed, which really gives me confidence and peace of mind as a patient. The clinic assistants — Hasinah, Shine, Amy, Aleeza, Shu Ting, and Yvonne — are always friendly, approachable, and efficient. From registration to payment, everything is smooth and well-coordinated, even when the clinic is busy. The clinic is clean, well-organised, and the team works seamlessly together. It’s clear that patient care and service are a priority here. Very grateful for the consistently excellent care and service from the entire team across all my visits. Highly recommended!

Dr Yang Feng was very helpful and took the time to walk me out the room to check the vaccination bundle packages. The chinese receptionist (sorry, I forgot her name) was also very friendly and patiently explained the vaccination options to me. One area that could be improved is the appointment system, even though I made an appointment online, I still had to wait according to the queue number given after registration, which was called in sequence.

I feel there are more that the management could do with this clinic. Waiting time is way too long and even the meds dispensing session takes too long. For 6-7 numbers, I had to wait for 1 plus hours. The mgmt could consider introducing a queue system and informing the patient once the queue is close.

Update on 21/01/26 Received my health check report with inaccurate and false findings. In short, there were multiple checks that weren't done yet my report came back stating that the findings were normal. For those people who went for your annual health check at the end of year in 2025, please review your health screen report carefully and make sure their system didn't "automatically generated a result" without any checks done. Picture speaks a thousand words. Went to the clinic for my Annual Health Check (which cost $400). Was being seen by Doctor Yang Feng (as stated in my invoice). 1) When I was in the room talking to her, the little window which is open to the public sitting outside, were not closed. All our conversations can be heard (I know because I was sitting right outside before it was my turn). 2) During blood test, she tried taking blood from my left arm which failed. So she proceeded to my right arm. While she was holding the needle, both her hands were shaking! But I thought it might just be because she is cold. However when the needle went in, she started DIGGING around my vein, shifting the needle left and right while it was in my vein. She had the audacity to still joke and ask me why the blood is not flowing WHILE THE NEEDLE IS STILL IN ME I told her it is painful and she suggested me to come another day for blood taking and I should drink more water. Pointed to her that I drank more than 500ml of water while waiting for her. I went out of the room and told Amy what happened and she promptly gets another male doctor to take my blood from the other arm; which flowed like normal and caused no pain. No apologies was received from Ms Yang Feng at all. For an establishment as big as Parkway Shenton, it is shocking to receive such kind of treatments (lack of privacy during consultation and doctor who thought it is funny to create unnecessary pain to a patient). For the amount I paid to do the healthcheck (which is relatively higher), I am expecting to at least receive one packet of biscuit after fasting, which I didn't receive too. This is not the first time I do an annual healthcheck but this is definitely the worst. For the customer service person who is replying to Google review, please don't ask me to submit any general form to your website because for sure, i will not bother to retype. You can email me if you're really serious in wanting to understand what happened.

Very pleasant experience. Especially the person helping me to do the ECG test. She explained to me how the test is conducted and the time taken.. etc. which put me in a more relax and calm mode. The overall experiences were very good (including the doctor and the reception).

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does Parkway Shenton Punggol Oasis Terraces charge?

GP consultations at private clinics in Singapore typically run S$25–60 for a standard visit, with follow-up visits often at the lower end of that range. On top of the consultation fee, expect additional charges for investigations (blood panel S$60–200, urine dipstick S$10–30, throat or nasal swab S$30–80), prescription medications, and any procedures such as wound dressing or minor excision. GST applies on private medical services. Patients eligible for CHAS subsidies (for Blue, Orange, or Green cardholders) may pay significantly less at participating CHAS GP clinics — confirm CHAS participation directly with the clinic. For any planned investigation or referral, ask for a written breakdown of expected costs. See the full GP & 24-Hour Clinics cost guide for Singapore →

Is Parkway Shenton Punggol Oasis Terraces MOH-licensed and how do I verify the doctor?

Every legitimate clinic in Singapore holds an MOH Healthcare Services Licence issued under the Healthcare Services Act — verifiable on the MOH licensee directory at moh.gov.sg. Every practising doctor is listed on the Singapore Medical Council (SMC) public register at smc.gov.sg, where you can search by name to confirm registration status and any disciplinary history. No licence details were provided for this listing, so patients should verify the clinic's MOH licence and the consulting doctor's SMC entry directly before attending. Parkway Shenton is a Parkway Pantai group brand, which is a well-known private healthcare network in Singapore. That said, group branding does not replace individual clinic and doctor verification — confirm both before booking, particularly if you intend to make an insurance or MediSave claim.

How do I use MediSave or insurance at Parkway Shenton Punggol Oasis Terraces?

MediSave can be used for outpatient treatment under the Chronic Disease Management Programme (CDMP), which covers conditions including hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidaemia, asthma, COPD, stroke, and selected mental health conditions — up to S$500 per year (S$700 for two or more CDMP conditions) per patient from their own MediSave account. Routine GP visits for acute illness (cough, flu, fever) are generally not MediSave-claimable on an outpatient basis. Integrated Shield Plans (IPs) layered on MediShield Life typically cover inpatient and day-surgery costs rather than standard outpatient GP visits, though some plans include outpatient rider coverage — check your policy. CHAS cardholders receive subsidised consultation and medication fees at participating GP clinics; confirm CHAS participation with Parkway Shenton Punggol Oasis Terraces directly. For any planned procedure, request a written financial counselling estimate splitting insurance payout, MediSave deduction, and out-of-pocket portions before proceeding.
