I was served by your clinic staff, Ms Fiona, Ms Joe Yi and Ms Grace for my Pre-Employment medical checkup at your clinic at Republic Plaza on 08/11/2025 (Saturday) Fiona is kind and patient my questions to do my in-processing and questions to complete MOE health questionnaire. Fiona also made sure to come up to me to let me know my whole Pre-Employment check-up is completed at the clinic with a warm exit. Joe Yi is careful and detailed doing to take my measurements and taking my ECG reading. Grace is firm and composed when she deal with unexpected other patient interrupt her final preparation to take my blood test. I am assured she is reliable to perform the right protocols and she communicates to me throughout. She is committed and empathetic to deliver her best customer service to protect me from a bad blood test experience. Grace delivered teamwork to spot I am still in the waiting area yet to do my X-ray and she checked with Fiona for her to bring me to X-ray.
