For a first visit to a GP clinic, patients typically walk in or call ahead to check queue times. Bring your NRIC or FIN, your medication list if you are on any chronic prescriptions, and your Integrated Shield Plan or insurer details if you intend to make an insurance claim. For ongoing chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, or lipid disorders, ask whether the clinic is enrolled under the Chronic Disease Management Programme, which allows MediSave withdrawal of up to S$700 per year for outpatient chronic disease management. If a specialist referral is needed, a GP-issued referral letter allows access to a public hospital Specialist Outpatient Clinic at the subsidised rate for Singapore Citizens.

Verify the doctor's name on the Singapore Medical Council register and the clinic's MOH Healthcare Services Licence before booking, and for any planned procedure request a written financial counselling estimate that itemises insurance payout, MediSave deduction, and out-of-pocket portions before paying any deposit.
My go-to doctor for botox and fillers since 2019. Dr Keith only recommends treatments based on what he thinks you need, he does not recommend excessive treatments/injections in order to earn more money. Very candid, so he is suitable for patients who do not like doctors who beat around the bush.
Dr Keith is great, professional and friendly. With aesthetics he never over-prescribes or tries to push products, he gives a very clear evaluation of what is needed to give a natural easy look. He has always given me good recommendations when I have sought his advise seeking a specialist in other medical fields. Also his support staff seem to have worked with him for years and always give me a warm and friendly reception, remembering me even when I haven't visited for a year. Dr Keith is my go-to Doctor in Singapore and that's quite an achievement considering that Singapore seems saturated with Dr's and their clinics.
Dr. Keith is one of the best. Not only is he a great GP, he is highly skilled with botox and fillers. When I lived in Singapore he did my Botox around the eyes. I went from droopy eyelids to finally being able to see my eyelids. I was amazed at the eyelid and brow lift results just from botox. When I moved back to Australia, I tried different GPS and dermatologist but none have been able to get the same results as Dr Keith. I’ve even considered traveling back to Singapore just for Botox because I can not find anyone as good as him.
Was given 1 month supply of Panbesy & 1 month supply of Garbaslim. I lost 4kg within a month. The doctor is good, one look at me, he told me, I've water retention- which I suspect myself. So now I only drink when I'm thirsty. I look much better now. The staff processing the medicine is very fast. Don't have to wait at all. Appreciate that. Overall a good experience. I recommend the fat burner garbaslim, as it really clears the system & makes me feel lighter.
Perfect doc for the young and open-minded! Very practical doctor, surprised to see him in regular clothes (like going to TGIF). Frank and straight forward advice, he also spend time to explain the medical condition and what to eat what not to eat. I would say he is a young doctor. Talks like friend. Highly recommended if you're not the traditional type of person. 👍👍

GP consultation fees at private clinics in Singapore typically run S$25–60 per visit, with additional charges for investigations, medications, and procedures billed on top. For planned investigations or specialist referrals, request a written cost estimate that separates consultation, investigation, and medication charges. If you are claiming against an Integrated Shield Plan or using MediSave, confirm eligibility with your insurer and the clinic before the visit. No regulatory licences are recorded in this listing for Parsons Medical Clinic Yishun. Every legitimate clinic operating in Singapore should hold an MOH Healthcare Services Licence issued under the Healthcare Services Act, which is verifiable on the MOH licensee public directory. Every practising doctor must also be registered on the Singapore Medical Council (SMC) public register at smc.gov.sg — search by name to confirm registration status and whether any disciplinary history exists. Prospective patients should verify both the clinic's MOH licence and the consulting doctor's SMC registration before attending, particularly for any condition requiring ongoing treatment or investigation. Neither registration alone is sufficient — both are required for a legitimately operating clinic. If you cannot locate the clinic or the named doctor on these public registers, contact Parsons Medical Clinic Yishun directly to request their licence details before booking.
MediSave can be used at approved GP clinics for outpatient chronic disease management under the Chronic Disease Management Programme, with a withdrawal limit of up to S$700 per year covering conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, lipid disorders, stroke, asthma, COPD, and selected mental health conditions. General outpatient visits not under CDMP have a lower MediSave limit of S$500 per year. Confirm whether Parsons Medical Clinic Yishun is an approved CDMP clinic before assuming MediSave applies. Integrated Shield Plans layered on MediShield Life generally cover inpatient and day-surgery costs, but outpatient GP visits are typically not covered unless the policy includes an outpatient rider. Check your plan documents or call your insurer before the visit. For any planned procedure, request a financial counselling session and a written itemised estimate splitting insurance payout, MediSave deduction, and out-of-pocket portions — this is the most reliable way to avoid a surprise bill.
