When approaching a pet cremation service, families should be prepared to share details about their pet, including species, size, and any preferences regarding the type of cremation (individual versus communal) and the handling of ashes. It is worth asking whether the provider offers collection from home or a veterinary clinic, as well as what memorialisation options — such as urns, paw prints, or certificates — are available. Vaccination records are less relevant here than for boarding or grooming, but confirming the end-to-end process, timeline for the return of ashes, and any documentation provided will help families make an informed and dignified choice during a difficult time.
To take the next step, reach out to Parting Goodbyes (Pet Cremation Guide) via the enquiry form on their listing or contact them directly at 53A Duxton Road to discuss your pet's needs, confirm the process, and understand what is included before proceeding.
Visit the facility, check the vaccination policy, and confirm insurance before drop-off.
Decent spot for a drink or two. They have an amazing happy hour menu with good drinks and food. We had a few of the cocktails on the happy hour menu and for food, their oysters, duck tacos, instant noodles and garlic mussels pasta. The oysters were amazing. We were here at 5pm on Friday and they were already pretty packed. They seem to be shorthanded and the bartender manning the bar wasn’t the friendliest dude. Good place overall still.
An amazing surprised comes from a rather hidden spot. The drinks were so great and interesting, it makes me want to head back again the next day to finish the rest of the menu. The music is great and the ambience is small and cosy. Simple setting, with a chill vibe. I am so ready to be back. Definitely a must try
One of the most interesting cocktails menus. The challenge is to decide which to drink. Ended up drinking 4 out of 6 from the bold and dangerous page; my style of drinks. No girly drinks for me. My fave was truth or dare. 34% ABV! Kim and Han took amazing care of us the entire night too. I’ve two more drinks I haven’t tried on that page and I’ll defo be back to do that. I should add that the $2.50 HH Jap oysters were great too. Super plump and succulent! Perfect with the cocktails. Beware. High risk of drunk texting after!
update as of 31 january 2026: tried another cocktail this time “high maintainence” and it is with mezcal which i don’t recommend if u’re not a fan of whisky like me. stick to their coffee meets banana instead if u enjoy coffee based cocktails. easily one of my new favourite bars in sg. drinks were greatly done. i got a white russian off the menu and they were able to do it. coffee meets banana also an interesting drink as both flavours complement each other so well. would love to come back and try other drinks (:
Excellent cocktails with a calm vibe and friendly service. Almost Lovers was very smooth and refreshing with hints of banana flavor. F the rum-ors had a fantastic balance of sourness and caramel. Slow Burn was intense, earthy but also slightly floral. Great for lovers of G&T. There ware also some interesting whiskeys. Staff are very friendly without being intrusive. The vibe is just right - you can have a conversation but the place doesn’t feel buttoned down. There are a few bowls where you can write and leave your secrets anonymously, and read those left by others. It is a fun little touch.

As a pet cremation and funeral service rather than a boarding or grooming facility, Parting Goodbyes (Pet Cremation Guide) is unlikely to impose active vaccination requirements in the way that boarding kennels or daycare providers would. Vaccination records are typically relevant when a live pet is being placed in proximity to other animals. That said, if your pet passed away at a veterinary clinic, the clinic will usually handle or advise on the handover process. It is still advisable to inform the provider of any known health conditions or circumstances surrounding your pet's passing, as this can assist them in handling remains appropriately and sensitively. Contact the provider directly via the enquiry form to clarify their specific protocols for collection and handling.
