About Paw Planet

About Paw Planet

Paw Planet is a pet boarding provider operating islandwide from its premises at 629 Aljunied Road, Singapore. It holds KakiList verified status, meaning a real person has confirmed its operating details and contact channel. The service carries a rating of 4.9 out of 5 across 49 Google reviews — a moderate sample that provides a reasonable directional signal of customer satisfaction. Pricing is indicated at the mid-range tier ($$).

When enquiring about boarding, it is worth sharing your pet's size, breed, and temperament upfront, as these factors often influence availability and suitability of care arrangements. Bring along your pet's vaccination records — providers typically require proof of current vaccinations before confirming a stay. If possible, arrange a trial visit so your pet can acclimatise to the environment before a longer stay. Clarify the drop-off and collection process, daily routine, and how the team handles pets with specific dietary needs or anxious behaviours. For recurring boarding needs, ask whether a regular schedule can be arranged.

To take the next step, reach out to Paw Planet via the enquiry form on their listing, providing your pet's details and intended boarding dates so the team can confirm availability and discuss your requirements.

I’ve been buying from Furry Planet via Shopee for about 1½ years, starting with Adored Beast probiotics. Even though I only started using the product much later, they were very responsive and helpful when I had questions. When my dog had a sensitive gut episode, they were very understanding and supportive, and they’ve always been patient in helping me navigate what’s suitable for my dog. What really stood out was that they continued to check in on my dog, knowing he has a weak gut. This really shows that Furry Planet cares about more than just transactions — they genuinely care about their customers and their dogs’ wellbeing. Highly recommended.

Furry Planet is our go-to pet store because they thoroughly research their products before offering them. If a product isn’t good enough for their own pets, it’s not for sale which is why we have been loyal customers for many years because we completely trust their recommendations! Their customer service and delivery are always prompt and fragile items are bubbled-wrapped to prevent damages during delivery.

I am a "tiger" pet parent who invests significantly in my dogs' health and nutrition. After engaging four nutritionists and undergoing monthly CBC tests at the vet last year, I understand the critical importance of high-quality pet supplements and healthy dog food. Over the years, I have purchased from various online pet stores in Singapore. However, many of them fall short in customer service, making you feel like they are doing you a favor by selling to you. (What’s up with that?) If you are and impatient buyer like me who needs the product "yesterday" and need a seller who is well-versed in their products and not an "AliExpress/Taobao" experience where you’re left guessing, then FurryPlanet is the place for you! They have consistently exceeded my expectations with their prompt service and knowledgeable recommendations. I expect the seller to know every single product they carry and to explain why they would recommend one brand over another if I ask. And guess what? They don't have an ego when I decide not to take their recommendations. I consider myself to have more than the average pet parent's knowledge on pet nutrition and supplements, but sometimes new products on the Singapore market pique my interest, and I seek their input. For someone like me, who spends serious money on dog health, FurryPlanet has proven to be a reliable and trustworthy source for dog health products and pet nutrition. I have attached a photo of all the supplements on rotation that I get from FurryPlanet. They range from probiotics, mushroom supplements, kidney, liver, and heart supplements, to krill oil, astaxanthin, phytoplankton, and the list goes on. The oil in a pump is in the fridge as I'm currently not using it, and it will be at room temperature when needed. I don't enjoy buying so much supplements as it's money out, but "what you do not pay now for health, you pay later at the vet." =( With my photo "the proof is in the pudding," and you can refer to my photo. Most, if not all, should be from FurryPlanet, with the exception of my skincare bottle ^_^and stuff for hoomans

I’ve been getting my supplements and treats from Furry Planet since around 2019 and definitely no doubt in their product knowledge and authenticity of their items. The owner really took their time to explain different products to me hence I’m really grateful! Miscommunications happen especially when it’s through words. It’s ok to have different opinions but Furry Planet is definitely one of the trustworthy brand for me (for more than 5 years) to get supplements for my dog in Singapore~

Pumpkin, my 11 years old is diagnosed breast cancer in Feb 2024. Searched through the net n happened to stumble upon Furry Planet. They recommended life gold and mushroom gold which are good for dogs with cancer. After taking the supplements about 2 weeks or so, I found that pumpkin is more active n happier, better mood too to get on with her daily life! Since then, I have been feeding her the supplements n top it with fish oil n prebiotic which are also good for cancer dogs. Miss Miki of Furry Planet is so sweet and patient to share with me on what supplements I can give to pumpkin n also to my new puppy! She is very knowledgeable of her products and generous too to share her knowledge in dog care diets too. Thanks again, Furry Planet!

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does Paw Planet charge?

Paw Planet's pricing is indicated at the mid-range tier, though specific per-night or per-visit rates are not publicly listed. For pet boarding in Singapore, rates typically vary by pet size and breed, type of accommodation (shared suite vs private room), and duration of stay. Additional charges may apply for special feeding instructions, administering medication, or extended hours. It is advisable to request a written breakdown of all fees before confirming a booking. Ask specifically about charges for public holidays, early drop-off or late collection, and any add-on care services. See the full Pet Boarding cost guide for Singapore →

What vaccinations does Paw Planet require?

Most reputable boarding facilities in Singapore require dogs to be current on their DHPP (distemper, hepatitis, parvovirus, parainfluenza) and rabies vaccinations, and cats to be current on FVRCP (feline viral rhinotracheitis, calicivirus, panleukopenia). Bordetella (kennel cough) vaccination is also commonly required for dogs staying in communal boarding environments. Vaccinations are generally considered current if administered within the past 12 months. You will typically need to present your pet's vaccination records at drop-off, so ensure these are up to date before your pet's stay. Contact Paw Planet directly to confirm their specific vaccination requirements prior to booking.

Is Paw Planet licensed and insured?

Pet boarding facilities in Singapore are required to hold a licence issued by the Animal and Veterinary Service (AVS) under the National Parks Board. This licence confirms the premises meet minimum standards for animal housing, welfare, and hygiene. However, AVS licensing is not currently listed in Paw Planet's public profile, so it is advisable to ask the provider directly to confirm their licence status and number. On the matter of insurance, enquire whether Paw Planet carries coverage for incidents involving injury or illness to your pet during their stay, and what the protocol is should your pet require veterinary attention. Visit the facility, check the vaccination policy, and confirm insurance before drop-off.
