About Pawcation

About Pawcation

Pawcation is a pet boarding provider operating islandwide from its premises at 80 Middle Road, Singapore 188966. It holds KakiList verification, meaning operating details and contact channels have been confirmed by a real person. The service is priced at the mid-range ($$) level for Singapore's pet boarding market. With 5,419 Google reviews and a rating of 4.6 out of 5, the volume of feedback provides a robust signal of consistent customer experience, though prospective clients are always encouraged to read recent reviews for the most current picture.

When enquiring about boarding, it helps to have your pet's size, breed, and temperament in mind, as these factors typically affect the type of accommodation and level of supervision offered. You will need to provide up-to-date vaccination records before drop-off — most boarding facilities in Singapore require proof of current DHPP and rabies coverage for dogs, and FVRCP for cats. If your pet has not stayed away from home before, ask about a trial visit or short overnight stay to assess how your animal settles. Whether you need a one-off boarding stay or a recurring arrangement during regular travel, clarifying your schedule early will help secure availability, particularly during school holidays and peak travel periods.

To take the next step, contact Pawcation directly by phone or through the enquiry form on their listing. Have your pet's vaccination records ready and ask specifically about current availability for your intended dates.

We booked a two-night suite stay using points to celebrate my girlfriend's birthday in September 2025, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. Right from the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the Club Manager, Kenny, whose hospitality truly set the tone for our trip. During our time in the lounge, we had a minor mishap where coffee was accidentally spilled on our clothes. However, the way the hotel handled the situation was incredibly sincere and professional. Not only did they take care of the full laundry service, but they also generously gifted us a Sunday Brunch at their Italian restaurant, LUCE. The food was absolutely delicious and turned a small accident into a wonderful culinary highlight! The room setup was another massive highlight. We had requested some special birthday arrangements, and the team went above and beyond. We walked into a beautifully prepared suite covered in rose petals and heart-shaped balloons, complete with special pastries, a gorgeous birthday cake, and a bottle of red wine. We took so many amazing photos and spent a truly romantic two nights in that room. As the property transitions into its exciting new chapter as Frasers House, I want to wish the team all the best and a very prosperous business ahead. The level of care and service we received was unforgettable. We will definitely be back, especially to dine at LUCE and their other fantastic restaurants again!

We stayed here during CNY for staycation. It was our first experience to enjoy the baby-friendly lounge, it helped our stay a lot. Thanks to Harry and Kenny and all the team there, our stay became so comfortable and fruitful. Our baby also liked them! We will definitely come back. Also door man and bell hops were very helpful, appreciate their hospitality. The best service!

Purpose of stay: couple's staycation Overall: Stayed for a night in a . Overall, it was as slightly better than expected for the price as it was a rather large room Location: Just above Bugis mrt station and attached to the Bugis junction mall. Area was busy due to the Christmas period. Plenty of food & shops nearby outside of the mall Check-in & service: Check-in took about 10 mins. There was an initial hiccup with how a physical ID was required. Staff were generally still patient and professional and did not insist on the physical ID. Room & cleanliness: Room size felt spacious and could fit up to 10 people imo. Bed was [comfortable/firm/soft]. Cleanliness was [good/average/poor] with [specific details].”Bathroom & water: “Shower had [strong/weak] pressure, hot water was [stable/inconsistent]. Towels and amenities were [quality level].”Noise & sleep: “I could/couldn’t hear [corridor/traffic/club]. Slept [well/poorly] because [reason].”Facilities & food: “Tried [pool/gym/breakfast/restaurant]. They were [condition] with [any standout pros/cons].”Value & recommendation: “Paid about [price range] per night. For this price in [city], it felt [good/fair/overpriced] value. Would / would not stay again. Best for [business travellers, couples, families, etc.].

Had a wonderful one-night staycay here. Good vibes overall and wonderful service from all their staff, especially Henry from the lounge who went the extra mile to get us oat milk. The room is clean and spacious. Gym is also well maintained with good selection of equipment. Great location in the heart of Bugis, with plenty of food options around. If you are parking here, ask for the $25 front parking. Do not park at the basement carpark as it belongs to Bugis Junction. One minor thing that they could improve would be the choice of bottle water they offer. Made the experience here bit less premium.

Used to be Intercontinental, now Marriott with mostly the same staff. 5 star service from start to end. Bonvoy benefits well respected. Outstanding lounge. Only one little annoyance: orange juice was consistently (4 days stay) not refilled at the main breakfast restaurant.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does Pawcation charge?

Boarding fees in Singapore are typically quoted per night and vary by pet size, breed, and the type of accommodation (shared suite, private room, or deluxe space). Larger breeds and certain temperaments may attract a higher nightly rate. Add-ons such as extra play sessions, grooming during the stay, teeth cleaning, nail trimming, and ear cleaning are usually priced separately. Pawcation's current pricing is not published on this listing, so contact them directly by phone or form for a specific quote based on your pet's profile and your intended dates. See the full pet boarding cost guide for Singapore →

What vaccinations does Pawcation require?

Most reputable boarding facilities in Singapore require dogs to be current on DHPP (distemper, hepatitis, parvovirus, and parainfluenza) and rabies vaccinations, with proof typically needed within the past 12 months. Bordetella (kennel cough) vaccination is also commonly required or strongly recommended for boarding and group-care environments. For cats, FVRCP (feline viral rhinotracheitis, calicivirus, and panleukopenia) coverage is the standard requirement. You will generally need to present your pet's vaccination certificate at drop-off. If your pet's jabs are not up to date, allow time to visit your vet before the boarding date. Confirm Pawcation's specific vaccination requirements directly when you enquire, as policies can vary.

Is Pawcation licensed and insured?

Pet boarding facilities in Singapore that house animals are required to hold a licence from the Animal and Veterinary Service (AVS) under the National Parks Board. This licence governs standards for animal welfare, accommodation, hygiene, and staffing. KakiList has verified Pawcation's operating details, but no AVS licence is currently listed in this profile — confirm directly with Pawcation that their AVS boarding licence is current and ask to see it if you wish. On insurance, ask the provider what protocol is followed if a pet becomes unwell, is injured, or requires emergency veterinary attention during the stay, and whether they carry liability cover for such events. Visit the facility, check the vaccination policy, and confirm insurance before drop-off.
