This was Rookie’s first ever boarding experience, so I was honestly quite nervous at first — but Pawliday completely put my mind at ease. The place is clean, well kept, and very thoughtfully run. The team took great care of her with daily cleaning, proper meal prep, daily walks, play time and lots of attention and love. It was clear she was comfortable and settled really quickly. One of my favourite things was the 24/7 CCTV in her room. I could check in anytime (even though most of the time I just saw her sleeping 😆). They also sent us lots of photo and video updates, which really helped me relax and enjoy my time away without worrying. Most importantly, she didn’t just feel “boarded” — she felt cared for. For a first boarding experience, that meant everything to me. The staffs are also present 24/7 at Pawliday, so there is nothing to worry even at night. Huge thanks to Pawliday for being so patient and sweet with her. We’ll definitely be back and would 100% recommend Pawliday to any pawrents looking for a safe, caring place for their fur kids 🩵🐾

the boarding place that Hachi went to last time was short staffed during CNY and so my family decided to give this newly opened boarding place a try. when we first went there to check out the place, we were amazed by how well furnished the place is! the aesthetics and space for the dogs is truly beautiful and comfortable. we were even more amazed when Hachi went there for boarding and saw the amount of effort and care they put into taking care of her. They upgraded our room for free as they the room we booked may not have enough ventilation for Hachi as she is a pug and they have shorter nasal passages. which shows just how much they really care for her! they really cared about the comfort of our dog and thus upgraded the room without any extra fees. (we will definitely book the deluxe room next time) in the other place Hachi went last time, Hachi had urinated and defecated on the bed we provided for her and they did not helped us clean it. Hachi had to sleep in her dirty stained bed for 7 days straight. We thought it was normal but when Hachi peed on her bed in Pawliday, they were nice enough to wash it for us before returning it even though it was only a 2 nights stay! they also provided Hachi another bed which the other place didn’t provide for her. the bed we provided for Hachi is just like a small mattress (as she usually sleeps on the bed with us) so sleep wasn’t as comfortable for her in the other place as the mattress wasn’t soft. The pet cushion Pawliday provided made Hachi really comfortable and it was evident in the way she kept sleeping on the cushion every night. we are considering to buy the same bed for as she absolutely loved it. the environment wasn’t that noisy too and was more chill compared to the other place we went. they also provided her a free CNY photoshoot!! 🥹🥹 we were also added into a group chat which provided personalised updates for Hachi. We also had access to the CCTV in her room. these updates made us relieved and happy to see how happy and well she was doing there. we are so so so happy, grateful and impressed with the care they provided our dog. it’s really obvious that the staff members truly cares for the dogs. thank you Pawliday team! Hachi will come back again!!

If you're looking for a reliable, kind, caring and clean boarding facility and team - look no further! I genuinely can't recommend Pawliday team highly enough. Our dog Teddy gets the best treatment from the team, they adapt to his behaviour and needs (e.g. he likes to play ball more than with other dogs, so they adapt!). They're also fantastic groomers - he came back with a wash and brush as a fluffy little boy :) Every time we go somewhere, I know Teddy is in good hands. The facilities are also spacious, clean and calm, which I think is rare based on other more hectic boarding facilities I have seen in Singapore. Really really happy to have found them - thank you for all that you do!

We absolutely love how fresh and clean our pups smell after their showers! Pawliday also has a comfortable waiting area for pawrents to relax while their furkids are being groomed, which we really appreciate. The location is conveniently near Kensington Square which is very pet-friendly too. Pawliday has definitely become our go-to place for grooming. They also offer boarding services — while we haven’t tried them yet, the facilities look clean, safe, and well-maintained for furkids. Highly recommended! ✨🤩

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 Stars I brought my dog for a bath and grooming today, and the results were amazing! 🐶✨ The shop has a beautiful blue and yellow theme, very clean and stylish. The staff were all friendly, gentle and really patient with my dog. Wowo’s new haircut turned out super cute — fluffy, neat, and smelling great! This is the first time in Singapore that I’ve found a grooming salon with such good aesthetics and attention to detail. They also offer daycare, which is a huge plus. We’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you Pawliday for giving Wowo such a lovely new look! ❤️
