About PawsitiveMind
PawsitiveMind is a pet training provider operating islandwide across Singapore, listed on KakiList as both verified and ACRA-registered. The service carries a perfect 5-out-of-5 rating on Google, though this is drawn from only 7 reviews, so that signal is best treated as directional rather than conclusive. Pricing is indicated at the mid-range tier ($$), though no specific session rates have been published at this time.
When getting in touch with PawsitiveMind, it helps to share details about your pet upfront — including breed, size, age, and temperament — as these factors shape the training approach. Vaccination records are typically required before any sessions begin, so having those on hand will speed things along. It is worth asking whether an initial assessment or trial session is available to gauge how your pet responds before committing to a longer programme. Training can take place at their registered address at 51 Hougang Ave 8 or at other locations islandwide depending on the arrangement. If you have a recurring schedule in mind, raise that early so availability can be confirmed.
To take the next step, reach out to PawsitiveMind directly via WhatsApp or phone. Come prepared with your pet's breed, weight, vaccination history, and a brief description of the behaviours you are hoping to address, so the team can recommend the most suitable training programme for your animal.
Visit the facility, check the vaccination policy, and confirm insurance before drop-off.
Bubbles was very well taken care of by Mr and Mrs Ong 😀 they helped to watch her diet (she had to lose weight). They organise dog outings and helped to build her confidence with other dogs! They do also give us constant updates on Bubbles' wellbeing, which keeps us at peace on our travels. Those staying in the North East, Pawsitive Retreat is the place to send your doggos for a pawsitive stay! Their adopted pompoms, Yaya and Fanta are the most gentle companions too! 🥰
Thanks so much for taking care of my furbaby, Kayden, when I was on vacation. It gave me peace of mind knowing that he was well taken care of by loving pet-sitters, with videos, photos & updates on him. I can totally tell he really enjoyed himself with the funfilled activities, walks & playing with the pet-sitter's friendly dogs, Yaya & Fanta . I will definitely recommend to my friends should they need dog boarding service.
Great home based daycare! Amazingly dedicated team at pawsitive retreat who will go the extra mile to ensure your pups are well engaged with walks and enrichment activity during their stay. Pawrents are constantly given updates on their pups to ward of separation anxiety and I promise the space is squeaky clean. Lola can’t wait to come back again!
I am pleasantly surprised by the level of dedication Wan Shi and Zayne have in taking care of my children. It’s like the best summer camp you can bring your kids to. There’s activity ALL DAY!! They also provide fresh treats for in between snacks and obedience training. They will send you a stream of videos and pictures (because of all the activities) and my children never had a dull moment.
Absolutely loveeee their boarding service and environment! Our Corgi, Mala, had went over twice for boarding service and they have been updating us regarding on Mala too so that we wouldn’t feel worried or anxious about his stay with them. Many videos and photos was shared with us. Their pricing are very reasonable too. Would strongly highly recommend to any pet owner! 👍🏻

PawsitiveMind is positioned at the mid-range pricing tier ($$), but specific per-session rates have not been published on this listing. For pet training in Singapore, prices typically vary based on the type of programme (basic obedience, behavioural correction, puppy training), whether sessions are group-based or one-to-one, and the number of sessions included in a package. When enquiring, ask for a full breakdown that includes any add-on costs, travel charges for islandwide sessions, and whether a preliminary assessment session is charged separately. Confirm all fees in writing before committing to a programme. See the full Pet Training cost guide for Singapore →
For dogs, most pet training providers in Singapore require proof of DHPP (distemper, hepatitis, parvovirus, parainfluenza) and rabies vaccinations, typically administered within the past 12 months. Bordetella (kennel cough) vaccination is also commonly required where dogs will be in proximity to others during group sessions. For cats attending any shared-space sessions, FVRCP vaccination is the standard expectation. Bring your pet's vaccination certificate from your vet to the first session. If records are not up to date, your vet can advise on a catch-up schedule before training begins. Contact PawsitiveMind directly to confirm their specific vaccination policy before your first appointment.
PawsitiveMind is ACRA-registered and has been verified by KakiList, meaning a real person confirmed operating details and contact information. No regulatory licences are listed on this profile. In Singapore, the Animal and Veterinary Service (AVS) under NParks licenses boarding and grooming facilities, but pet training providers are not currently subject to a mandatory AVS licence, so the absence of a listed licence is not unusual for this subcategory. That said, it is reasonable to ask PawsitiveMind directly whether they carry any professional liability or pet injury insurance, and what their protocol is should a pet be injured or become unwell during a session. Visit the facility, check the vaccination policy, and confirm insurance before drop-off.
If PawsitiveMind isn't the right fit, these are other pet training providers on KakiList worth shortlisting. All are independently listed — no affiliate fees, no "featured" sponsorships.
