When reaching out to Pawsly, it helps to have information ready about your pet's size, breed, and temperament, as these factors influence the training approach and session structure. Vaccination records are typically required before any in-person sessions begin, so ensure these are up to date. Many pet owners find it worthwhile to arrange a trial visit to assess how the trainer and pet interact before committing to a recurring schedule. You can contact Pawsly via WhatsApp, phone, or the enquiry form — WhatsApp is often the most convenient channel for sharing photos or videos of your pet's behaviour ahead of the first appointment.
To take the next step, reach out to Pawsly through WhatsApp or phone to describe your pet's breed, age, and the specific behaviours you would like to address, and ask about current availability and session structure before booking.
Visit the facility, check the vaccination policy, and confirm insurance before drop-off.
The shop is clean and comfortable then, now the newly renovated place is even more cozy, nice environment for dogs to roam around. Been sending my babies here for gromming. Was impressed that they took very great care in the minor details to my blind Uno, blind Porky, neuro Yaoyao, pollakiuria Milo and bitey Akiro. Great photoshoot indeed. My only wishful thinking is that they offer me discount on all my rescued babies. LoL.
Best for (Recommended) Natural, friendly, and professional Thank you Pawky Pawly! Baby’s grooming turned out exactly the way I wanted—beautiful and neat. The ladies were very gentle and patient, and Baby looked so clean, fluffy, and happy after grooming. Many of my friends asked where Baby was groomed after seeing the her, and I was happy to recommend Pawky Pawly. Really appreciate the extra effort with the photoshoot as well. Highly recommended pet grooming place in Bedok. Will definitely come back again. 📍 122 Bedok North Street 2, #01-132, Singapore 460122
The people at Pawky Pawly are very friendly and they do a good job - complete with his own photoshoot! Toby came out smelling like a fresh fluffy candy! He was also very happy, running between me and the groomer when I went to pick him. This gives me assurance that he indeed had a good time there! They also bothered to check in to see if he was doing okay even after a few days! Their service and love for their furry clients is truly commendable! Will definitely send my dog there again ☺️
Mochi,my furkid liked the vibes of the place so much, he forgot about mommy after Apple jiejie brought him in cos he saw a friend, a cute, white fluffy bichon. After a brief discussion of what I want for mochi, Apple and Shan so carefully and patiently took care of his cleanup and trimming. He had to be dematted again cos mommy is so bad at combing n detangling him. But before that, I was consulted if I would like him to be dematted. Of cos I agreed ! Anything to have my baby feel soft, nice and fluffy lol’ The end product was so satisfying! The professional groomers made my baby look so neat, fresh and brand-new! ! I almost didn’t recognise my baby! Anyway at the end of the session, Mochi enjoyed it so much, so excited and at ease that he lingered on and played , almost didn’t wanna go home when I came to fetch him. I was so elated n proud to see him groomed to and became a confident & suave boy! Thanks to Shan & Apple for your love & passion for your job to be able to treat every furbaby so well, like they are your own. Tks for transforming my Mochiboy from his shabby looks to looking his best like a Prince! Will go back soon!
The staff are very friendly and patient. Grooming was done nicely and my dog looks clean and cute. Great experience overall. Highly recommend!

Pawsly's pricing sits in the mid-range tier, though specific session rates are not publicly listed — it is worth contacting them directly for a quote based on your pet's size, breed, and training requirements. In Singapore, pet training fees typically vary depending on whether sessions are conducted one-to-one or in a group, the duration of each session, and whether the trainer visits your home or conducts sessions at a fixed location. Common add-ons to clarify include transport charges for mobile or home-visit sessions, and whether a package discount applies for multiple bookings. Ask for a written breakdown before committing. For dogs, trainers and facilities in Singapore commonly require proof of DHPP (distemper, hepatitis, parvovirus, parainfluenza) and rabies vaccinations, with records typically expected to be current within the past 12 months. If sessions involve interaction with other animals, bordetella (kennel cough) vaccination may also be requested. For cats, the standard requirement is FVRCP (feline viral rhinotracheitis, calicivirus, panleukopenia). Bring your pet's vaccination booklet or a vet-issued certificate to the first session. If your pet's vaccinations are overdue, schedule a vet visit before enquiring about a start date.
Pawsly is registered with ACRA and has been verified by KakiList, confirming that its operating details and contact information have been reviewed. No specific AVS (Animal and Veterinary Service) boarding licence is listed, which is worth clarifying directly if your engagement involves any overnight or boarding component alongside training. Before your first session, it is reasonable to ask Pawsly whether they carry insurance covering incidents that may occur during training, and what their protocol is should your pet be injured or fall unwell during a session. Visit the facility if applicable, check the vaccination policy, and confirm insurance before drop-off.
