A very unpleasant experience for me. I didn’t want to write a review for this place but decided to after numerous times of disappointment with their products. I bought my lens with frame from this shop late 2022. Not cheap was around $600 (partly due to my myopia being high). Within a couple of months, my skin developed an allergy reaction which won’t go away due to their metal frame. Thus started my first frame change within half a year. I thought all was good. Then a year later in early 2024, the new frame broke. I am not one who rough handles my stuff or participate in sports etc. So I went back to replace this second frame with a third one. I really thought it would end here. Today, less than a year later, this third frame broke. I have been wearing glasses for twenty over years, never have my frames broken on me before, even when I was a student doing active sports and PE. I have to say the frames I purchased from them really have a quality problem. Every change is not cheap too, about $100, so you can imagine how much I spent on this shop already. Just within 2 years already close to $1000 for the same pair of glasses. This third frame is not good too, the rubber legs keep slipping off the metal skeleton, and coming off fully sometimes. It’s a real hassle adjusting the legs back every time. Today after my frames from them broke again, I decided not to go back anymore but changed at a neighbourhood optical shop. TBH at the prices they are charging, I expect a certain quality. Don’t need to be top notch but at least not to break so many times within a short span of time

I had a great experience at this spectacle shop. The screw on my glasses had come loose, and I dropped by to ask for help. The lady there was very kind and promptly assisted me by tightening the screw. She even gave my lenses a free cleaning — all without asking for any payment. I really appreciate the helpful and generous service. Thank you very much!

Best place for proper eyes check up that rivals even the best eye specialists clinics on this island. Check ups are comprehensive and accurate. It is almost like going to an eye doctor but paying for an optometrist instead. The team there are very experienced, friendly and knowledgeable. You wont trust any other optical shops after you have had the Pearl’s Vision experience.
