Pesticon did an excellent job in fumigating my car (19 Jan 2024) which was crawling with cockroaches 😱. Staff was punctual, performed the job diligently and gave tips on how to prevent cockroach infestation. Downtime was between 1.5 to 2 hours. No sight of cockroaches ever since. Good job guys 👏🏽.

KC was very professional in the hunting of the elusive mouse in my mum’s home. We have been trying to catch it for a month by ourselves but to no success. KC came within an hour of me calling and efficiently set up 10 traps all over the house, and also helped to reset the traps we have previously used. He also checked through the premises to locate where is the rodent’s path. KC also did a follow up message on the next day to check on the progress and he even suggested that we make an adjustment to the placement of one of the trap. The mouse was caught on the 3rd day and KC came to our place to remove it, and this was on the first day of the Chinese New Year in the early morning. KC showed concern and empathy and displayed attentiveness to our rodent issue and his method was highly effective in eliminating our rodent issue at home. He also gave various tips and advices on preventing future rodent issues. This is professionalism at its best and I would highly recommend KC to anyone facing a rodent problem.

The response from Pesticon was very good. When I called them, they gave me all relevant information I needed. The managed to schedule the service within 3 hours and it was a door step service. I did pest control for my car and it was seamless. The technician had picked out the pest and showed me as evidence. The after service was also very good. They sent me a report on the service stating what was discovered and what are some precautionary measure to help the situation. First time using the service and I feel the are priced competitively and very responsive. Highly recommend.

Had my vehicle fumigated on 29 Jul 2024. Service was on time and responsive. Customer service is able to reply promptly to confirm my appointment and also adjust timing to suit my schedule.
