About Pet Boarding Centre

About Pet Boarding Centre

Pet Boarding Centre is a pet boarding provider located at 59 Sungei Tengah Road, Block K, Singapore 699014, offering services islandwide. The listing has been verified by KakiList, confirming operating details and contact information. It holds a Google rating of 4.5 out of 5, though this is based on 19 reviews — a small sample, so treat the rating as directional rather than definitive. Pricing is positioned in the mid-range tier.

When considering pet boarding, it helps to share your pet's size, breed, and temperament upfront, as these factors typically influence the type of accommodation and level of supervision provided. Bring along your pet's vaccination records — most reputable boarding facilities require proof of up-to-date vaccinations before accepting a new guest. If possible, arrange a trial visit or drop-off so your pet can acclimatise to the environment before a longer stay. Ask about the daily routine, feeding schedule, exercise arrangements, and how staff respond if a pet shows signs of stress or illness. Clarify whether drop-off and collection are by appointment, and whether recurring boarding arrangements can be scheduled in advance.

To get started, reach out to Pet Boarding Centre via phone or the enquiry form to confirm current availability for your intended dates, discuss your pet's specific needs, and ask about their vaccination requirements ahead of drop-off.

My cats were under their care for 4 days. Upon arrival, was a bit concerned due to the dog noise and vicinity, but indoors it was very clean with no smell and I saw that the other cats in other rooms were lounging and rolling on their backs comfortably. They sent me daily morning videos to show how my cats are doing and I could see within two days even my more anxious cat was relaxed! Regina is clearly a cat lover and can hear her speak adoringly to my cats. I'm really impressed with the service and care they showed for my fur babies.🙏🙏❤️

Cayden has stayed with them for a week. From the videos that they sent me, I could see cayden was happy and comfortable being there and this is very important to me. The place is very clean and the staff knows what they are doing :). Cayden has cancer and the staff took very good care in making sure he takes his medications timely. Once again, thank you everyone at pet boarding centre for taking care of my fur baby. Highly recommend and cayden will be back again. :)

My recent experience boarding my cat here during my vacation was absolutely delightful! Initially apprehensive, we decided to visit the center first and Regina was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Despite the loud dog noises in the vicinity, the center itself is very conducive for cats. I had a fantastic experience, receiving daily updates including photos and videos of my cat. I'm confident that my cat also had a wonderful time there. I highly recommend this center for cat boarding!

Have boarded our cats at Pet Boarding Centre a few times. Our experience has always been good. Regina is very responsive when we reach out to her, we get daily updates, and we find the facilities are well maintained and clean.

Boarded my cats here multiple times. Rooms are clean and well cat proofed, and my cats are well taken care of. The daily morning videos give us the assurance that our cats are in good condition. Though there are dogs barking from the surrounding shelters and boarding houses, my cats are still able to settle down and eat normally.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does Pet Boarding Centre charge?

Boarding fees in Singapore typically vary based on your pet's size and breed, with smaller animals generally attracting lower nightly rates than larger breeds. Expect possible surcharges for add-on services such as additional playtime, grooming, or administering medication. Transport or pick-up and delivery arrangements, where offered, may also carry a separate fee. It is advisable to request a full written breakdown of costs before confirming a booking, including any weekend or public holiday surcharges. See the full pet boarding cost guide for Singapore →

What vaccinations does Pet Boarding Centre require?

Most boarding facilities in Singapore require dogs to be vaccinated against DHPP (distemper, hepatitis, parvovirus, and parainfluenza) and rabies, with proof that vaccinations are current — typically within the past 12 months. Bordetella (kennel cough) vaccination is also commonly required for boarding and group settings. For cats, FVRCP (feline viral rhinotracheitis, calicivirus, and panleukopenia) vaccination is the standard expectation. Bring your pet's vaccination booklet or a certificate from your veterinarian at drop-off. Contact Pet Boarding Centre directly to confirm their specific vaccination requirements before your pet's first stay.

Is Pet Boarding Centre licensed and insured?

Pet boarding facilities in Singapore that house animals overnight are required to hold a licence from the Animal and Veterinary Service (AVS) under the National Parks Board. This licence sets minimum standards for housing, hygiene, and animal welfare. You should ask Pet Boarding Centre to confirm their AVS licence status before dropping off your pet, as this detail is not currently listed in the provider's public information. Regarding insurance, ask whether the facility carries coverage for incidents such as pet injury or illness during boarding, and what their protocol is if your pet requires emergency veterinary attention. Visit the facility, check the vaccination policy, and confirm insurance before drop-off.
