When enquiring about pet training, it is worth confirming whether the service is suited to your pet's size, breed, and temperament, as these factors can affect both the training approach and any applicable surcharges. Have your pet's vaccination records ready, as proof of current vaccinations is standard practice before commencing sessions. It is advisable to ask about a trial visit to assess how your pet responds to the trainer and environment before committing to a recurring schedule. Clarify whether sessions are conducted as drop-off appointments or on a mobile basis, and whether group or one-to-one formats are available.
To take the next step, reach Pet Lovers Centre via phone or the online enquiry form, and have your pet's breed, age, vaccination history, and any known behavioural concerns to hand so the team can recommend the most suitable training programme.
Visit the facility, check the vaccination policy, and confirm insurance before drop-off.
Been to this outlet 2x, 1st time a lady staff was laughing & talking very loudly w a man & lady. Never encounter before at any pet shops, quite shocked. 2nd time, met a young Indian man. Hes very polite and attentive to customers. When I couldn't decide what brands of dog food to buy, he didn't give any advice that he cannot be responsible for. Instead he gave me samples & didn't hardsell. Appreciate his professionalism.

Pet owners, please be aware. I bought a carrier from Pet Lovers Centre based on their claim that it “meets IATA standards” and is meant for air travel. The carrier I received does not meet IATA requirements. No airline will approve it, and using an incorrect carrier can create unnecessary risks for animals traveling by plane. Even though the product was unused and the issue was with their description, Pet Lovers Centre refused to issue a refund. I’m sharing my experience so others won’t run into the same problem. Our pets’ safety shouldn’t depend on fine print. These guys don't care about your pet - all they care about is money.

Most reputable pet training providers in Singapore require dogs to be current on core vaccinations, typically DHPP (distemper, hepatitis, parvovirus, parainfluenza) and rabies, with proof dated within the past 12 months. Bordetella (kennel cough) vaccination is commonly required for settings where dogs interact in groups, such as group training classes or daycare environments. For cats, FVRCP vaccination is the standard expectation. Bring your pet's vaccination booklet or a vet-issued certificate to your first session. Contact Pet Lovers Centre directly to confirm their specific vaccination policy before your appointment, as requirements can vary by service type and facility.
Pet Lovers Centre is KakiList verified and ACRA registered, confirming it operates as a legitimate business entity in Singapore. For pet boarding and grooming facilities, the Animal & Veterinary Service (AVS) under the National Parks Board issues the relevant licences — however, no specific AVS licence was listed in the provider's data at the time of this listing, so you should ask directly whether the facility holds current AVS accreditation for the services you are booking. Regarding insurance, ask the provider what cover is in place in the event your pet is injured or falls unwell during a session. Confirm their incident protocol before proceeding. Visit the facility, check the vaccination policy, and confirm insurance before drop-off.
