When enquiring about training, it helps to have details ready about your pet's size, breed, and temperament, as these factors influence which programme is the best fit. Vaccination records are typically required before sessions begin, so gather those documents early. If you are new to the trainer, ask whether an initial consultation or trial visit is available so you can observe the training approach before committing to a recurring schedule. Clarify whether sessions are conducted at your home, at the Upper Paya Lebar Road premises, or at another location, and confirm whether drop-off or mobile arrangements are available for your circumstances.
To take the next step, reach out to Petit Pooch via phone or the enquiry form on their listing, providing your pet's breed, age, and any behavioural concerns you would like addressed, so the team can recommend the most suitable training programme.
Visit the facility, check the vaccination policy, and confirm insurance before drop-off.
I’ve been sending my two dogs to Pet Loft for grooming and have never felt the need to change. The groomers are incredibly meticulous and genuinely thoughtful in the way they handle my dogs. Beyond grooming, they always take the time to check on my dogs’ skin condition, flag any potential issues, and share helpful recommendations when needed. What I really appreciate is their honesty, they’re never pushy with sales and will openly tell me when additional services aren’t necessary. It’s rare to find a place that truly prioritises the well-being of your pets over upselling. Highly recommended!
My dogs goes for regular grooming at Pet Loft since like 8-9? years.. Edison and his team are gentle and attentive towards my dogs. They always look forward to grooming days and eagerly enter the cage when they are picked up. Even our new pups wouldn’t want to be left out. A sincere groomer who also updates if they find any abnormalities. Highly recommended if you want a caring and animal loving team handling your dogs.

Petit Pooch is listed at a mid-range price point, though specific per-session rates are not published on this listing. In Singapore, pet training fees typically vary based on the type of programme (basic obedience, behavioural correction, or advanced training), the format (group class versus one-to-one), and your pet's size and breed. When requesting a quote, ask Petit Pooch to confirm what is included in the fee, whether there are add-ons such as follow-up sessions or training materials, and how payment is structured across the programme. This helps you compare packages on a like-for-like basis. See the full pet training cost guide for Singapore →
Most reputable pet training providers in Singapore require proof of up-to-date core vaccinations before your pet participates in any sessions, particularly where multiple animals may be present. For dogs, this typically means DHPP (distemper, hepatitis, parvovirus, parainfluenza) and rabies; for cats, FVRCP is the standard core vaccination. Bordetella (kennel cough) vaccination is frequently required where dogs interact in group settings. Vaccination records are usually expected to be current within the past 12 months. Bring your pet's vaccination booklet or a certificate from your veterinarian when attending your first session. Contact Petit Pooch directly to confirm their specific vaccination requirements before your appointment.
Petit Pooch is KakiList verified, meaning operating details and contact information have been confirmed, and the business is registered with ACRA, Singapore's official business registry. The listing does not currently include an Animal and Veterinary Service (AVS) boarding or grooming facility licence, though this is most commonly required for premises that house animals overnight. Before committing to a training programme, it is worth asking Petit Pooch directly about their insurance arrangements — specifically whether there is coverage in the event your pet is injured or falls unwell during a session. Visit the facility, check the vaccination policy, and confirm insurance before drop-off.
