The Petopia team did an amazing job taking care of our dog, Qmor, for 9 days. Due to some last-minute issues, we were frantically looking for a boarding place just a day before our trip, and Petopia truly came to our rescue. They spent lots of time playing with him and kept us updated with plenty of photos and videos. We could also check in on Qmor anytime via CCTV, which really put our minds at ease. The boarding environment was clean and lovely, and we’re so glad we found such reliable caretakers for our fur baby. 10/10 would recommend 😃

We chanced upon Petopia on Google in August 2025, and it has been one of the best finds for Bella and us. Bella goes here regularly for grooming, and I’m always completely at ease leaving her in their care. The level of thought, care, and safety measures put in place by Marcus, the owner, truly stands out. Bella genuinely looks forward to her monthly grooming sessions, which says a lot in itself. I also really appreciate how Petopia consistently texts to schedule her next monthly appointment, it makes life so much easier for busy pawrents. On top of that, Bella has her own grooming “passport,” where each visit is recorded like a little journal. It’s such a thoughtful and personal touch that I haven’t seen elsewhere. Recently, Bella tore her hind leg ligament (CCL), and I was deeply touched by the extra care and arrangements made for her during this period. Not all groomers would go out of their way to support an injured fur kid and their worried pawrents, but Petopia did, without hesitation. That level of compassion and commitment truly sets them apart. In my experience, no other groomer has stepped up the way Petopia has. Their care goes far beyond grooming, and that’s what makes them truly unique. Highly, highly recommended. 🐾💛

Petopia is always my go-to choice for boarding my fur baby when I travel. I trust that he’ll be in good hands, well cared for, and have a great time during his staycation! While Petopia used to be just a short walk from my home, they’ve since moved to a further location that requires driving. Despite the distance, I continue to choose Petopia because they’re the only boarding facility I trust with my pet. We have boarded our fur kid, Dylan with Petopia several times over the last 8 years, before and after they moved from Seletar to Geylang. The reason we continue to put Dylan here is because they're the only boarding facility I trust. I have never doubted for a moment that Dylan was having a lot of fun all the time. Because we saw how happy he was from the daily updates, including photos and videos via WhatsApp. A Plus is the CCTV access which allows me to see my boy anytime I want to. Dylan is always treated well by the hosts and their team, he come back from his staycation super happy. Petopia has always been very professional & outstanding with their service and everything. We would never hesitate to recommend Petopia and actually we already had. Couple of friends who tried, and fell in love with this amazing place.
