When enquiring about boarding, it helps to have your pet's details ready: size, breed, and temperament all affect suitability and space allocation. Most boarding providers require up-to-date vaccination records before accepting a booking, so gather those in advance. If your pet has not stayed away from home before, ask whether a trial visit or short overnight stay is possible to assess how they settle. Confirm drop-off and collection times, what is included in the daily rate, and whether any special dietary or medical needs can be accommodated. Discuss recurring boarding arrangements if you travel regularly, as this may influence availability and pricing.
The most direct next step is to reach out via WhatsApp, phone, or the enquiry form to share your pet's profile, check availability for your required dates, and confirm vaccination requirements before making a booking.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I brought my cat, Koji to Pet Pat Grooming (Thomson outlet) and had a great experience with Luvette. She was very gentle, calm, and patient, The entire full grooming process was seamless and thorough, from bathing to drying. Luvette handled every step carefully, ensuring my cat stayed comfortable throughout. She was also very meticulous with the cut, constantly checking and making small adjustments to keep everything neat and stress-free. I felt very assured leaving my cat in her hands. Highly recommend Luvette for cat parents looking for a groomer who truly cares and pays attention to detail 🐾💛
Brought my cat in for her first-ever full grooming session and I was honestly very impressed. The groomer Luvetta was gentle, patient, and clearly experienced, which really put me at ease as my cat can be quite scared. She had some matted fur, but Luvetta handled it so carefully and thoroughly without causing her stress. She came out looking and feeling so much better. Really appreciate the calm and caring approach, especially for a first-timer. They even shared some cute in-progress photos of my cat. Highly recommended.
First time sending my newly rescued kitten/cats for grooming. Pet pat has excellent service. Prior to visit they took the time to answer all my questions and facilitated my changes in appointments. I got transport 2 ways and they gave detailed updates throughout the grooming session with pictures as well. I felt so comfortable with their care. Look forward to more sessions with them. Shout out to Luvetta and assistants Zoe and Serene!! :)
Brought Mochi for the Groom and Grin Special at PetPat Thomson for her very first grooming, and I was genuinely impressed by the professionalism and care. Big shoutout to Luvetta for doing such a wonderful job. I could really tell Mochi was in good hands. Highly recommend! ◡̈
Hi there PetPat UT It takes me great pleasure to share with all who are considering on taking up a new skill - cat grooming and becoming a certified cat groomer - just what it takes to learn this skill. They entire journey takes you through practice after practice. Making one mistake after another. And improving yourselves through real grooming real trimming of each cat you meet as you learn from veteran groomers like Alwin. I took the leap to learn cat grooming way back in 2024. From beginner all the way to intermediate and all the way to become certified to be a cat groomer back in December 2025. You will be asked to take part in grooming competitions. You will be asked to take certifications of different levels to see just how much you have learnt and internalised into your hands and your shears and feline handling. The certification events and the competitions. What do they do to you? They will stretch you to become better! They will remind you to check your work ! They will show you just how far you have come from day 1. And you will see the progress real time. Was it easy? No Was it simple? No Was it straight forward? No Was it a good learning and upskilling experience and was it worth it? A loud YES. YES. YES. My recent December certification was nerve wrecking. But it was proven worth every practice and every telling myself not to quit and not to be intimidated by the higher level demands of my learned skill for the past 14 months. I looked at my trimmed cat that day and pat myself on my shoulder. Well done Jo. What's more? Alwin, my coach, he came and gave me a pat on my shoulder and whispered : ' Jo.You did not win this time. Your contenders are strong. They are veterans and you aren't, at least not today. BUT, to me(Alwin) , you have made the mark today! Well done.' Thank you Coach. Thank you PetPat UT. May 2026 be so so so so good to you!

Most boarding facilities in Singapore require dogs to be vaccinated against distemper, hepatitis, parvovirus, and parainfluenza (DHPP), and many also require bordetella (kennel cough) vaccination given the close-contact environment. Rabies vaccination is compulsory under AVS regulations. For cats, the FVRCP combination vaccine (feline viral rhinotracheitis, calicivirus, and panleukopenia) is standard. Vaccinations are generally required to have been administered within the past 12 months. Proof of vaccination is typically required at drop-off, so bring your pet's vaccination booklet or a vet-issued certificate. Confirm the exact requirements with PetPat SG (Upper Thomson) when making your booking, as policies can differ between providers.
