Our bunny enjoyed his "vacation" at Pets Hideout because Clara and her partner Jon are absolutely amazing. They gave our bunny half a room and our bunny loved it so much that he does binky regularly daily. My family and I received daily photo and/ or video updates on our bunny. Our bunny received regular pets and playtime, and he gets different veggies fruits daily. He even received a great grooming session at the end of his stay. Clara and Jon know a lot about bunnies as they gave different advice throughout his stay. Our bunny clearly loved his stay at Pets Hideout and he will def visit them again on our next vacation.

Left my bunny to Clara and Jon while we were away for 2weeks. From the daily video and pics, and updates… suspected that our bunny is enjoying her staycation with Clara and Jon. True enough when we went to pick her up she doesn’t want to go home with us😅😅. She looks happy and contented in her area where she can free roam all day😍😍 . Definitely our first choice when we need someone who takes good care of our fur babies!!

I just received this 6yrs old rabbit (Coco) from a friend's friend. Coca's fur is long and has a lot of fur matting and shedding. With Clara's help, Coco looks a lot neater. Clara is patient in giving advices. She pointed out to me that Coco has an existing little wound on her thigh (so invisible that i will not notice it) and advised to put on corn flour so that the wound can dry up, and is not harmful to Coco when she lick and clean her wound. Clara also shared with me the picture of her rabbit, sharing with me some tips on rabbit maintenance. Clara, thank you so much, and I'm happy to engage your service.
