About Petz@Ark
Petz@Ark is a KakiList-verified, ACRA-registered pet training provider operating islandwide from its base at Bedok Reservoir View, Singapore. It holds a Google rating of 4.8 out of 5 across 12 reviews — a promising signal, though the sample size is small and should be treated as directional rather than definitive. Pricing is indicated at the mid-range ($$) level; specific session or package fees are not publicly listed and should be confirmed directly with the provider.
When reaching out to Petz@Ark, it helps to have your pet's size, breed, and temperament ready, along with up-to-date vaccination records, as most reputable trainers will require proof of vaccinations before commencing sessions. Let the trainer know whether your pet has any behavioural history or sensitivities that may affect the training approach. You can discuss whether drop-off sessions at the Bedok Reservoir View location suit your schedule, or whether other arrangements are available for islandwide coverage. It is worth asking about a trial visit to assess how your pet responds before committing to a recurring training schedule.
To take the next step, contact Petz@Ark directly via WhatsApp or phone to share your pet's profile and vaccination status, discuss your training goals, and confirm current availability and session fees.
Visit the facility, check the vaccination policy, and confirm insurance before drop-off.
Brought my bunny to do a full groom ($50) and the groomer was very nice even though we were running slightly late. Really recommend his service as this was the first time that my bunny did not come back home and hide after a groom. Instead he was his usual chirpy self, hopping around as though he did not even get a groom. Thank you for the great service!
Have brought my cat to Ben twice and so far I’ve been satisfied with his grooming services for my grey tabby! My cat is paralysed waist-down due to his previous traumas from before his adoption, therefore has a tendency to be very wary and protective, and easily nervous. Ben has a very calming energy, and the grooming location is relative quiet, which I believe helps my cat to feel less nervous. Basic grooming for my cat is $75, and brushing of his teeth with the basic groom is $5. Thanks Ben for taking good care of my cat! 🙏🏻
Amazing service, thank you for helping Oreo cut his nails and shave his paw pads
I had a great experience at Petz@ark -- my dog is usually very very nervous at groomers, but Ben was so good with her and she calmed down and let him work. He was very thorough and careful and did a fantastic job. Highly recommend!
My dog only allows a handful of people to carry her - my family and I, the dog walker... and the people from Round of A Paws. Absolutely peace of mind whenever I have to leave her in the shop for grooming. The cage free and all glass environment means everything is in plain sight. They always ensure that my dog is sufficiently calmed down before even proceeding with grooming. And when I'm unable to pick her up in time, I know she is just having a ball of the time playing with the staff.

Petz@Ark displays a mid-range ($$) price indicator, but specific session rates are not publicly listed. Pet training fees in Singapore typically vary depending on the format — group obedience classes tend to be more affordable, while one-to-one behavioural training commands a higher rate. Breed size, temperament complexity, and the number of sessions in a package will also affect the total cost. When enquiring, ask for a clear breakdown covering the per-session or package rate, any assessment or consultation fee for the first visit, and whether transport or islandwide travel costs apply for sessions held outside the Bedok Reservoir View location. Most professional pet trainers and training facilities in Singapore require dogs to be current on core vaccinations — typically DHPP (distemper, hepatitis, parvovirus, parainfluenza) and rabies — before participating in any group or individual session. For cats, FVRCP vaccination is the standard baseline. Bordetella (kennel cough) vaccination is commonly required where dogs interact in close proximity. Vaccination records are generally expected to be dated within the past 12 months. Bring your pet's vaccination booklet or a vet-issued certificate when attending your first session. If you are unsure whether your pet's records are current, a quick check with your vet before contacting Petz@Ark will help the process move smoothly.
Petz@Ark is ACRA-registered and KakiList-verified, confirming it operates as a legitimate business entity. No specific regulatory licences are listed for this provider. In Singapore, the Animal & Veterinary Service (AVS) under the National Parks Board requires licences primarily for boarding and grooming facilities; pet training services do not carry a mandatory AVS licence requirement, though trainers operating responsibly should be able to speak to their qualifications and methodology. Before committing to sessions, it is reasonable to ask Petz@Ark about their trainer's credentials, any professional certifications held, and whether the service carries insurance covering incidents involving your pet during training. Visit the facility, check the vaccination policy, and confirm insurance before drop-off.
