Thought of sharing just a very summarized version of my experience with them! and they remain uncontactable till date! This also serves as a warning to others (consumers/sub con) in the event if this company approaches them via PM. We have engaged their services in Jul 2024 and works started in Aug 2024. Before the signing of agreement, i have informed that they need to handover on 2nd week of Nov. Initial stages seem fine, everything was going smoothly till Oct 2024, we were away for about 2-3weeks and to our horror NOTHING WAS DONE from the time we left! We were told that their ID took their money and left, and they were trying to pick up the pieces. PLS NOTE! as this point, we were asking to meet the relevant sub cons to discuss on carpentry work/glass works etc. but nope.. nothing was arranged despite our countless WhatsApp/calls. Finally, we decided to remove the carpentry from their scope of works and undertook it ourself. anyways this was just the tip to the ice berg. Importantly, till date they have not completed their work (which we have paid 100% under VO scope), destroyed our newly bought tiles, and due to the lack of adequate knowledge they have screwed up many simple issues now that they have gone MIA. Ignoring our text messages and calls. I guess it's time to warn houseowners/subcon. Just to summarize the major items. 1. Roofing for our car porch started since 26/7 Nov till date. Works has completely came to a halt, leaving us with steel structures and no shelter etc. (100% paid for under VO) 2. Destroyed car porch and air well tiles due to flooring protection not done properly (they did try and wash it,send cleaners down,but to no avail) when asked for solutions after,MIA 3. They installed a bifold door without tracks and rain water keeps coming in esp now during the monsoon period! during reno we have specifically informed to bury the tracks inside the tiles to prevent our kids from tripping. (asking for solution to no reply again) when we realised tracks were not installed, we highlighted our concern to water seeping in and they conveniently assure me that it wouldn't, and proceed to stick a small kerb there. 4. Their plumber got the hot water and cold water on opposite sides. TILL date their plumber has not come down to rectify it and as usual no reply 5.Before toilet floorings were hacked, there was a kerb to prevent water from flowing out but they did not reinstate the kerb instead,just placed a cheap slab of whatever to prevent water from flowing. Although they have rectify this,it shows how incompetent they are. 6. Sub cons have been coming to tell us that payment has not been done to them! There are other issues that we have faced thru out the entire ordeal, but it's too long to put it in a post.
