About Phoenix Medical Group Ang Mo Kio Flora Vista
Phoenix Medical Group Ang Mo Kio Flora Vista is a general practice clinic located at Greenwich V, Seletar Road, serving patients across Singapore. The clinic is KakiList-verified, confirming that operating details and contact channels have been checked by a real person. It holds a 3.7 out of 5 rating across 127 Google reviews, which represents a robust sample and can be treated as a reliable directional signal. No ACRA registration or regulatory licence details were available at the time of listing, so prospective patients are encouraged to confirm MOH Healthcare Services Licence status and the consulting doctor's SMC registration directly with the clinic before booking.
For a first visit, you can reach the clinic by phone or through the online enquiry form to confirm consultation hours, any queue or appointment system, and whether the clinic participates in CHAS, MediSave 500, or the Chronic Disease Management Programme (CDMP) for eligible conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, or lipid disorders. As a general practice, the clinic typically handles acute illness, minor injuries, repeat prescriptions, and referrals to specialist outpatient clinics where further investigation is required. Bring your NRIC or FIN, Integrated Shield Plan card, and any existing medication lists or referral letters to the first visit. Integrated Shield Plan coverage generally applies to inpatient stays rather than GP consultations, but CHAS and MediSave outpatient benefits can reduce out-of-pocket costs for eligible patients.
To book, call the clinic directly or submit the enquiry form on KakiList and ask to confirm same-day appointment availability and the full fee schedule before attending.
Verify the doctor's name on the Singapore Medical Council register and the clinic's MOH Healthcare Services Licence before booking, and for any planned procedure request a written financial counselling estimate that itemises insurance payout, MediSave deduction, and out-of-pocket portions before paying any deposit.
I have been seeing Dr. Chua for years and he is my primary GP. He has helped me navigate various health concerns (routine and ad-hoc). The clinic offers a wide range of services, including vaccination and comprehensive health screening. I do my yearly health screening with the clinic now. His guidance on weight loss has been life-changing. He has been supportive and never judgmental. If you're looking for a doctor who is thorough and approachable, Dr. Chua is the one to see. I would also add that the staff at the clinic are generally friendly and easy to deal with.
Went to this clinic after being bitten by a dog. Counter staff were extremely service oriented and friendly. One of them gave me a mask immediately when she saw that I didn't have one. They were polite and readily provided answers to the questions I had. The wait time was very short and I could see the doctor within 10 mins of arriving. The doctor clearly explained what the potential problems with a dog bite were and I was able to make a decision on how to proceed. He was extremely patient with the wound dressing and made multiple adjustments to get the best result.
The doctor was great and professional, but be prepared for a poor front desk experience. The staff were unhelpful, inattentive, and failed to guide us properly. We weren’t even given a queue number and only got clarification after I had to approach the counter again while pregnant. Disappointing service at the front desk.
I went there after school today to check on my cough and itchy throat. The doctor that l saw was Dr Cheryl Lin. She is a professional doctor who listens to all the symptoms and gives me the correct medication for each symptoms. The nurses there were very helpful and patient with me.
I have never left a review but feel compelled to do this. Domestic helpers to avoid coming here for 6 monthly medical exams. Understand the priority when it comes to triageing, but clinic/ doctors/ nurses who were in charge of taking blood were free, and still did not call our queue number. Other patients who came in later were all seen ahead of us. It wasn’t just us waiting- there was another helper who came later than us who had been waiting for some time as well. But all of us were left stranded there waiting for ages. If the clinic has no intentions to see domestic helpers for medical examinations please just state it clearly. Disappointing because I bring my kids here and service is totally different. Also, just another point to add - frontline staff really need to brush up on their service and attitude. This is the only constant I’ve observed from all my visits here.

For a GP consultation, Singapore private clinic fees typically run S$25–60 per visit for a standard consultation, with follow-up visits in the S$20–50 range. Common add-ons billed separately include investigations such as a basic blood panel (S$60–150), urine dipstick or culture (S$20–60), throat or nasal swabs, and prescription medications. GST applies on private medical services. CHAS cardholders (Orange, Blue, or Merdeka/Pioneer Generation) may be eligible for subsidised consultation and medication fees at CHAS-accredited GP clinics — confirm with the clinic whether it is CHAS-accredited. MediSave 500 outpatient withdrawal and the Chronic Disease Management Programme (CDMP) can further reduce out-of-pocket costs for qualifying conditions. For any planned procedure or diagnostic workup, ask for a written cost estimate that splits the insurance, MediSave, and out-of-pocket portions before proceeding. Every legitimate clinic must hold an MOH Healthcare Services Licence issued under the Healthcare Services Act — verifiable on the MOH licensee directory at moh.gov.sg. Every practising doctor must also be listed on the Singapore Medical Council (SMC) public register at smc.gov.sg, which shows the doctor's registration status, specialist accreditation (if any), and disciplinary history. No licence details were provided in this listing, so patients should confirm both the clinic licence and the named consulting doctor's SMC entry directly with Phoenix Medical Group before booking. For a general practice, basic SMC registration is the essential credential. If the clinic refers you onward to a specialist, ask for the referral in writing, including the specialist's name and subspecialty, so you can verify their SMC accreditation before attending. Confirm both the clinic licence and the doctor's SMC entry — neither alone is sufficient.
For outpatient GP visits, MediSave 500 allows withdrawal of up to S$500 per year for approved outpatient treatments including the Chronic Disease Management Programme (CDMP), which covers conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, high cholesterol, asthma, COPD, stroke, and selected mental health conditions. Confirm with the clinic whether it is CDMP-accredited before assuming MediSave can be applied. Integrated Shield Plans (IPs) layered on MediShield Life generally do not cover routine GP consultations — they apply primarily to hospitalisation, day surgery, and specialist inpatient care — so most GP visits are paid out of pocket or reduced via CHAS subsidies. For any planned referral to a specialist or day-surgery procedure, contact your IP insurer ahead of time to clarify pre-authorisation requirements, deductible and co-insurance thresholds, and whether a Letter of Guarantee is needed. Requesting a written financial counselling estimate before any planned procedure is the most effective way to avoid an unexpected bill.
