About Phoenix Medical Group Hillview
Phoenix Medical Group Hillview is a general practice clinic located at 4 Hillview Rise, #02-20, operating under the GP and 24-hour clinics category. KakiList has verified the operating details and contact channel. The clinic holds a 3.4-star rating across 196 Google reviews — a robust sample size, though the score sits below the typical 4.0 threshold for strong patient satisfaction, which prospective patients should weigh accordingly. No regulatory licences were returned in the listing data, and the clinic is not ACRA-registered on the information provided here; patients are encouraged to confirm MOH Healthcare Services Licence and the consulting doctor's SMC registration directly before booking.
For a first visit, patients typically walk in or call ahead to book a slot. At the consultation, the doctor takes a history, performs a physical examination, and where indicated orders investigations — blood panels, urine tests, or referral for imaging. Prescriptions are dispensed at the point of service or sent to a nominated pharmacy. Singaporeans and PRs holding Integrated Shield Plans layered on MediShield Life can use their plan for GP consultations, subject to the plan's terms; MediSave can be drawn down under the Chronic Disease Management Programme for listed chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, and hyperlipidaemia. For non-urgent specialist referrals, the clinic can issue a referral letter to a public hospital Specialist Outpatient Clinic, which attracts subsidised rates for Citizens, or refer to a private specialist for faster access at higher cost.
To book an appointment or check waiting times, contact Phoenix Medical Group Hillview by phone or via the enquiry form before making your way to the Hillview Rise clinic.
Verify the doctor's name on the Singapore Medical Council register and the clinic's MOH Healthcare Services Licence before booking, and for any planned procedure request a written financial counselling estimate that itemises insurance payout, MediSave deduction, and out-of-pocket portions before paying any deposit.
I have been clinic hopping until I found phoenix at hillv2. Staff here are very pleasant and efficient. Environment is comfortable. Most important is, Dr Meera has a very pleasant personality and showed empathy. Keep up the good work.
I am highly satisfied with the services provided by Phoenix Medical Clinic at Hill V2. The doctors are professional, patient and personable. The staff and nurses are friendly and helpful and are prompt in delivering care and support. Kudos to Dr Meera, Dr William, Pei Shu, Regina, Kellynn and team members. Keep up the excellent work!
Have been visiting this clinic for years, and can without a doubt say that the service here is better than what most of the reviews say. Doctors here are more caring and more professional in seeing patients and prescriptions of the medication. Most of the staff here are also adequately well versed in dispensing the medication and handling registration which often happens without any issues.
Had a fantastic experience with Phoenix Medical at Hillview, for my helper’s medical examination. The counter staff were all very friendly and helpful, and made the process smooth for me.
I lost my phone and cards and couldn’t get home, but the staff at Phoenix Medical Group HillV2 were incredibly kind and supportive. They let me use their phone to make calls and guided me to security. I’m especially grateful to Regina, who not only accompanied me but also generously lent me cash so I could get home safely. Your compassion turned a stressful day into something much more manageable. Thank you all for your kindness—I truly appreciate it.

GP consultation fees at private group practices in Singapore typically run S$25–60 per visit, with follow-up reviews slightly lower. Common add-ons billed separately include blood panels (S$60–200), urine and swab tests, vaccinations (S$30–80 per dose), and prescriptions. GST applies on private medical services. For any planned investigation or procedure, request a written cost estimate in advance that splits the insurance payout, MediSave withdrawal, and out-of-pocket portions. Integrated Shield Plan holders should check whether their plan covers GP visits and what co-payment applies. Contact Phoenix Medical Group Hillview directly to confirm current consultation fees, as pricing can vary by time of day and appointment type. No regulatory licences were returned in the listing data for Phoenix Medical Group Hillview. Before booking, patients should independently verify two things: first, that the clinic premises holds a current MOH Healthcare Services Licence issued under the Healthcare Services Act, which is searchable on the MOH licensee directory; second, that the consulting doctor is registered on the Singapore Medical Council (SMC) public register at smc.gov.sg — search by the doctor's name to confirm registration status and any disciplinary history. Neither the clinic licence nor the SMC registration alone is sufficient — both should be confirmed. If the clinic is part of the Phoenix Medical Group network, the group's main entity may hold the overarching licence, but the Hillview branch should still appear as a licensed premise.
MediSave can be drawn down for outpatient consultations under the Chronic Disease Management Programme (CDMP), which covers listed chronic conditions including hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidaemia, stroke, asthma, COPD, and selected mental health conditions — up to S$500 or S$700 per year depending on the CDMP tier. Routine GP visits not under CDMP are generally not MediSave-claimable on an outpatient basis. If you hold an Integrated Shield Plan layered on MediShield Life, check whether your plan's rider covers GP or specialist visits and what the co-payment terms are. For any planned procedure or day surgery arising from a referral, request a written financial counselling estimate from the treating facility that itemises insurance payout, MediSave deduction, and out-of-pocket cost before proceeding — this is the most reliable way to avoid a surprise bill. Contact the clinic directly to confirm which insurers and corporate panels they accept.
