Ultimately disappointed with Piing laundry. Engaged Knock Knock app and they outsourced to Piing. My winter hat and gloves were severely damaged. I opted for dry cleaning and seems like the items were damaged because it wasn't handled properly. Tried calling in and Piing said will get back to me. However, it has been more than 1 month, up to now also no reply. Sent them an email but they simply ignore. Please do not engage them for laundry!

Use Piing at your own risk. First, they hung someone else’s laundry at my gate, damaging the paint of my gate due to the poor quality hangers used. Forget it I just moved on from that. Second, my brand new windbreaker came back dirtier than before cleaning. You can refer to the images for reference. I have used their service multiple times and this time round was a disaster. I would have given negative star review if there’s an option for that.

Terrible. Avoid at any cost. Shirts were not ironed properly and despite a second round of ironing supported by their services, quality was not there. Have to iron all my shirts again. On top of that they damaged one of my linen shirt.
