My husband and I attended a trial session at Pineapple MMA today, and it turned out to be such a fun and sweaty workout! From the moment we stepped onto the mat, we were warmly welcomed by the Krus annd fellow members, which immediately made us feel comfortable. The Krus were very passionate, patient and attentive — they helped us with hand wraps, guided us through the steps clearly and patiently corrected our punches and kicks. We really appreciated the encouragement and support, especially as beginners. We had actually tried trial classes at a few other gyms before this, but Pineapple MMA was the first place where we truly felt at ease. The environment is friendly, supportive, and not intimidating. It also feels like a community that genuinely supports women, which made the experience even better. We enjoyed the session so much that we decided to sign up on the spot! We’re also very thankful to the friendly boss and staff who kindly gave us some additional perks during sign-up — really grateful for the gesture.
