About Pinnacle Family Clinic Compassvale
Pinnacle Family Clinic Compassvale is a general practice clinic located at 289C Compassvale Crescent, serving residents in the Sengkang area and the broader north-east region. The clinic is KakiList-verified, with operating details and contact channels confirmed by a real person. It holds a 3.5/5 rating across 160 Google reviews — a robust sample size that makes this rating a meaningful signal worth weighing before booking. No ACRA registration or regulatory licences are currently on file for this listing; prospective patients are advised to verify the clinic's MOH Healthcare Services Licence and the consulting doctor's Singapore Medical Council registration directly before attending.
For a GP visit, most patients walk in or phone ahead to check queue length. At first attendance, the doctor will take a brief history, assess the presenting condition, and advise on investigations, prescriptions, or onward referral as needed. Consultations at private GP clinics typically cost S$25–60 before medications and investigations. Patients on CHAS, MediSave (via the Chronic Disease Management Programme for eligible long-term conditions), or a company panel arrangement should confirm acceptance at the counter before consulting. If a specialist referral is needed, the GP can issue a referral letter to a public hospital Specialist Outpatient Clinic, which reduces the cost for Singapore Citizens to S$30–80 per subsidised visit with a typical wait of four to twelve weeks for non-urgent cases.
To make an appointment or check same-day availability, contact Pinnacle Family Clinic Compassvale by phone or through the enquiry form listed on this page.
Verify the doctor's name on the Singapore Medical Council register and the clinic's MOH Healthcare Services Licence before booking, and for any planned procedure request a written financial counselling estimate that itemises insurance payout, MediSave deduction, and out-of-pocket portions before paying any deposit.
Very disappointing experience – lack of urgency for a medical emergency I brought a child below 2 years old to this clinic on 31st December around 10:30 AM due to a minor accident with a suspected leg fracture or ligament injury. As any parent would understand, this was an urgent and distressing situation. After quickly completing the registration, I politely requested the front desk staff if the doctor could briefly examine the child first, given the age of the child and the possibility of a fracture. There were only 2–3 patients waiting at that time. The response I received was a flat “No, we cannot do that”, with no empathy, no urgency, and no attempt to even check with the doctor. The staff did not offer to ask the doctor, did not explain the situation to the waiting patients, and did not show any concern despite clearly being informed that this involved a very young child with a possible fracture. When I asked whether this situation is considered an emergency, I was simply told that they cannot allow it, delivered with noticeable attitude and indifference. This left me shocked and disappointed. I do not understand how front desk staff in a medical clinic can be trained to respond this way when a potential emergency walks in. This review is not about waiting time, but about the complete lack of basic empathy, judgment, and emergency handling at the front desk. The management seriously needs to review how emergencies—especially involving infants and toddlers—are handled, and whether this is truly how the clinic wants to operate. Parents should be aware of this before bringing their children here in urgent situations. A clinic should be a place of care, not indifference.
Had a very bad experience, this is for Compassvale outlet. do come here if you love to experience the following: - Called to arrange an appointment just for the staff to tell you no bookings were made??? - Staff asking Doctor whether he/she knows how to do thyroid procedure... Right after my client went into the doctor's room. I was there with my client to his insurance application medical checkup. - all the others clinics that i work with have been able to work directly with the insurer for settling payment and lab report. - While here, you have to make payment first and settle your own reimbursement + collect and submit your own hardcopy medical report... I wish i could give 0 stars because you guys had such a bad internal communication system, lack of professionalism, no proper staff to handle external partnerships.
Dr Jon, is a great doctor with great personality and hospitality. Really made a great rapport to patients. And for both Ms Teresa and Ms Farahin at the front counter, they are very friendly, attentive and adhere to patients requests. Would definitely come to Pinnacle and recommend my family and friends.
27-12-2025 12:26pm , i think you need to change the staff, today they say they close at 1am and 5patients waiting, i believe before 12:25 they say closed. This was a first time experience like this, they should find some other jobs. Receptionists were not professional and they should be changed. 28dec 10:49 i went back, Another receptionist told me next time come early, Another lady receptionist. Dear management whats wrong with your staff? If you guys don’t want patients or cannot provide any service close it, why giving this kind of bad vibe when someone visit your clinic. This is the last time i going to this clinic. FIX YOUR STAFF FIRST. 0/5
I brought my children in September 2025 for their yearly Influenza vaccinations. Below 5 years old is still free. Thanks to the young Dr (Dr Jon i think) for the fast service. Why go Polyclinic to do when GPs are more convenient place to go. Even with few dollars extra. I prefer convenience. Get the jab and go home.. Do call first and check for flu vaccines stock before coming down to the GP.

A standard GP consultation at a private clinic in Singapore typically runs S$25–60, with follow-up visits at the lower end of that range. On top of the consultation fee, expect to pay separately for medications (S$5–40 depending on the prescription), a diagnostic blood panel (S$60–200), a urine test (S$10–30), or an X-ray (S$80–150) if clinically indicated. CHAS Blue and Orange cardholders receive subsidised GP consultations for acute and chronic conditions — confirm that Pinnacle Family Clinic Compassvale is an accredited CHAS clinic before attending if you intend to use this benefit. MediSave can be used under the Chronic Disease Management Programme (CDMP) for eligible long-term conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, and high cholesterol, subject to the S$500–700 annual withdrawal limit. GST applies on private medical services. See the full GP & 24-Hour Clinics cost guide for Singapore →
Every legitimate clinic must hold an MOH Healthcare Services Licence under the Healthcare Services Act — verifiable on the MOH licensee directory at moh.gov.sg. Every practising doctor must be registered on the Singapore Medical Council (SMC) public register at smc.gov.sg, where you can search by name to confirm registration status and any disciplinary history. No MOH or SMC licence information is currently on file for this listing on KakiList. Prospective patients are strongly advised to verify the clinic's MOH licence and the named consulting doctor's SMC registration directly before booking. This is a straightforward online check that takes under two minutes and provides meaningful assurance that the premises and practitioner meet Singapore's regulatory standards. Neither the clinic licence nor the doctor registration should be taken for granted — both are mandatory and both are publicly verifiable.
MediSave can be used at GP clinics for outpatient treatment under the Chronic Disease Management Programme (CDMP), which covers conditions including hypertension, type 2 diabetes, lipid disorders, stroke, asthma, COPD, and selected mental health conditions, subject to an annual withdrawal limit of S$500 (standard) or S$700 (CDMP). Confirm at the counter whether the clinic is a CDMP-accredited provider before consulting if you plan to draw on MediSave. Integrated Shield Plans (IPs) layered on MediShield Life generally do not cover outpatient GP consultations unless the visit leads to a hospitalisation claim. Company medical insurance or corporate panel arrangements vary — check your policy or HR portal for the list of panel clinics. For any planned procedure or specialist referral arising from the GP visit, request a financial counselling session so that insurance, MediSave, and out-of-pocket costs are set out in writing before you proceed. Skipping this step is the most common reason patients are surprised by their final bill.
