It was my first time visiting this clinic. I came early but it was still closed, so I waited until it reopened at 6pm. When I went in, I just sat down for a while, thinking the staff were still getting ready. The lady staff spoke to me quite rudely, telling me I should have gone straight to the counter to get a queue number and that she wouldn’t call me. I apologized since I honestly didn’t know the procedure, being my first time there. I think it would have been better if this was explained in a friendlier way. I was a bit disappointed because I actually went there based on good reviews, and I expected a better first impression. On the positive side, the lady doctor was very nice and kind to me. She explained my diagnosis clearly and made me feel comfortable, which I really appreciated. Thank you !
