About Pinnacle Family Clinic Pioneer
Pinnacle Family Clinic Pioneer is a general practice clinic located at Pioneer MRT Station in Jurong West, offering GP services to residents across the west of Singapore and beyond. It holds a KakiList verification and carries a 4.6 out of 5 rating across 75 Google reviews, a moderate sample that provides reasonable directional confidence. No regulatory licences have been listed in the provider data, so families should confirm the clinic's MOH Healthcare Services Licence and the attending doctor's Singapore Medical Council registration directly before booking.
A typical visit begins with a phone call or online enquiry to check appointment availability or walk-in waiting times. The clinic operates as a GP practice, so you would expect consultations covering acute illnesses, chronic disease management under the Chronic Disease Management Programme, vaccinations, and referrals to specialist care where needed. For subsidised Singaporean patients, a polyclinic referral letter opens the pathway to public hospital specialist outpatient clinics at reduced cost, though GP-level care at this clinic is the natural first stop for straightforward presentations. Bring your NRIC, insurance card, and any existing prescription or referral letters. MediSave may be used for CDMP-listed chronic conditions under the S$500–700 outpatient withdrawal limits, and Integrated Shield Plans may apply to admissions and day procedures arising from a referral.
To book, call the clinic directly using the number on the KakiList listing, or submit an enquiry through the contact form, and confirm consultation fees, opening hours, and walk-in availability before attending.

Dr. Lee and Janani have been attentive to the patients. Janani is quick in handling the administration for patients before and after consultation. Dr. Lee is careful and precise in her diagnosis and treatment.
Had a very good experience at this clinic. The doctor was extremely patient and took time to explain my condition clearly and thoroughly. I felt listened to and well taken care of. The receptionist was also friendly, polite, and helpful, making the whole visit smooth and pleasant. Highly recommend! I will definitely come here again!
Been here twice - once for a nasty flu bug and another for my flu shot. Very nice clinic right at the MRT station. I like how they have an app where you can book appointments (with automated reminders sent to you) and get a queue number instead of waiting at the clinic for a long time. The receptionist Janani is very helpful and courteous and always makes you feel valued as a customer. Dr Lee YR is very patient and takes the time to explain what the treatment involves. She also gives you time to ask questions so the communication is two-way instead of a top down approach. The charges are also very reasonable.
I love this place! The staff is very friendly and the waiting time is short, and it's at a very convenient location as well! The receptionist Janani always made me feel very welcome and go the extra mile to help me, and Dr Lee Yin Ru is very helpful to explain why the symptoms are happening to me too. If you're ever not feeling well and need help fast I will really recommend this place!
Great staff Janani & great Dr Lee. Didn't take long to wait. Doctor took time to hear my conditions and that was the most important thing. This will be my go-to clinic hereafter, if unwell.

GP consultations at private family clinics in Singapore typically run S$25–60 per visit, with follow-up visits and prescription costs billed on top. Investigations such as blood panels (S$60–200), X-rays (S$80–150), and urine tests add to the total depending on clinical need. GST applies on private medical services. Pinnacle Family Clinic Pioneer displays a '$$' price indicator, suggesting mid-range fees for the area. Contact the clinic directly to confirm the exact consultation fee, as rates vary by doctor seniority and the complexity of the visit. For any planned procedure or referral, request a written financial estimate that splits insurance payout, MediSave deduction, and out-of-pocket portions before proceeding. Every legitimate clinic in Singapore holds an MOH Healthcare Services Licence issued under the Healthcare Services Act — verifiable on the MOH licensee directory at moh.gov.sg. Every practising doctor must also be on the Singapore Medical Council (SMC) public register at smc.gov.sg, where you can search by name to confirm registration status and any disciplinary history. No licences have been listed in the provider data for Pinnacle Family Clinic Pioneer. This does not necessarily mean the clinic is unlicensed, but you should confirm both the MOH clinic licence number and the named doctor's SMC registration directly with the clinic before your visit. Neither credential alone is sufficient — both are required for a legitimately operating GP practice. Verify the doctor's name on the SMC register and the clinic's MOH Healthcare Services Licence before booking, and for any planned procedure request a written financial counselling estimate that itemises insurance payout, MediSave deduction, and out-of-pocket portions before paying any deposit.
MediSave can be used for outpatient consultations under the Chronic Disease Management Programme (CDMP), which covers conditions including hypertension, diabetes, high cholesterol, stroke, asthma, COPD, and selected mental health conditions, subject to the S$500 or S$700 annual withdrawal limit depending on the condition. Standard acute GP visits generally require cash or NETS payment, as MediSave does not cover uncomplicated outpatient consultations outside CDMP. If you hold an Integrated Shield Plan layered on MediShield Life, confirm with your insurer whether the specific consultation or any downstream specialist referral or day surgery qualifies under your plan's terms. Pre-authorisation and a Letter of Guarantee from your insurer are advisable before any planned procedure to avoid post-treatment claim disputes. Ask the clinic which CDMP conditions they are enrolled to manage, and bring your relevant insurance and MediSave account details to the appointment.
