I had a check-up at Pinnacle family clinic today and the experience was fantastic. The transition from check-in to seeing the doctor was incredibly smooth and efficient. The front desk staff were welcoming and professional, and I barely had any wait time(appointment thru app). Dr. was attentive, answered all my questions clearly, and had a very compassionate approach. The entire process felt seamless, which made a potentially stressful appointment very comfortable. Highly recommend this clinic for their exceptional organization and patient care! Ps: google map doesn't state clearly, the clinic is actually located at the end of interchange ( next to Ba Buong Banh Mi store)

I went Yishun Pinnacle Family Clinic for a health screening. The experience was amazing. The front desk staff, Dianna was very welcoming and attended to me with her fullest attention. Dianna was also friendly and funny, which made me feel comfortable to ask questions. The doctor, Dr Lin, was welcoming, friendly, and easy to talk to, which made me feel comfortable throughout the consultation. He completed all the required tests efficiently and professionally. I would like give my compliment to Dianna for her excellent service. I called the clinic on Tues 13/1/26, it Dianna who answer my call so I told her my issue that my girl had mistook the email that she needs to go for her medical check up first before her ITE school start. So I requested to Dianna if she can help me. Without reject she helped me by taking the extra mile to arrange earliest date and timing if I can. So Instead to call her back to confirm the appt, I missed the time as clinic close 4pm and I call is 4plus. I was so so panic that I was late to return her call back. So lucky was that I can WhatsApp the clinic and see if they will reply on next day. (Pray hard) On the next day, I was so happy in morn first msg was that she didn’t even reply my text she even told me that there’s an appt today was been cancel and I can have that slot to bring my daughter for the check up. I was really really so happy and really thanks to Dianna for her patient,helpful and friendly service. Last by not least thanks to DR Lin for his gentle as he know my girl was so scare on the needle. Dr Lin and Clinic Assistant Diana were super friendly and funny. I went there for my medical checkup feeling lost but they were super extroverted that made eventually opened up to them and talked to them about my life and why did I choose nursing as my course. Dr Lin even gave me a life advice since I am taking nursing as my course, I was super thankful for it and it helped me to realised how challenging it is but he motivated me to never give up!

Ridiculous and unethical clinic. I was wheezing and coughing damn badly with a bad headache. Doctor dont seem qualified as his "clinic assistant" is the one telling him not to give me this med and that med. I wonder tmif the doctor has a proper certificate . On registration told them that im allergic to Paracetamol and NSAIDs . First prescribed me with anarex and I reminded im allergic to paracetamol and nsaid . They removed it and instead added ibuprofen which is the most common NSAIDs! Clinic assistant argued that ibuprofen is not an nsaid and Dr dont know anything . Clinic assistant said that I could be a drug addict and asking for cough syrup and tramadol for the pain . Doctor was agreeable to give at first looking at my symptoms but clinic assistant insulted me this way even though I was visibly showing signs of pain and coughing . She threatened that dispensing got to do with central narcotics bureau and this is just ridiculous because I am sick very obviously. But doctor end up to be led by her, as if she is the doctor, when she obviously have poor medical knowledge. If I wasnt a healthcare worker, I would have stupidly took the brufen and anarex and develop allergic hives and worsen my shortness of breath . Asked for ventolin as im wheezing which dr agreed im wheezing, they also dont have that. I told them I obviously know their concern but they repeatedly inferred me as a drug addict when this is the first ever time I come to this clinic cos my usual clinic already closed. This is super insulting and very horrible medical ethics judging a patient even when im in obvious distress from coughing and headache . And the worst thing is this doctor dont know graduated or not? Dont know how to prescribe meds and prescribing what i am allergic to . Are you serious?? You dont even check your patient allergies? This clinic assistant absolutely cannot work in healthcare, telling me her nonsense SOP and throwing insults . I decided to walk off despite coughing like mad , wheezing and telling them to cancel the consult cos I dont have trust with this clinic . You have no rights to judge your patient and insult your patient . Called back to ask for dr mcr number and qualification of the clinic assistant and she said I put words in her mouth . Kindly see your own cctv and mind your words and language! There no evident you cross checked the meds until I told you im allergic to it . You even continued to argue thats not paracetamol when anarex is a combi of paracetamol and orphenadrine . I am reporting this to SMC .
