About Pinnacle Medical Centre Raffles Place
Pinnacle Medical Centre Raffles Place is a general practice clinic located at 22 Malacca Street, #13-03 RB Capital Building, in the Raffles Place business district. The clinic is KakiList-verified, though no ACRA registration or regulatory licences are currently listed on this profile. It holds a 4.6-star rating across 11 Google reviews — a small sample that should be treated as directional only.
Patients can contact the clinic by phone or via an enquiry form. As a GP clinic, the typical visit covers consultation for acute illnesses, minor injuries, chronic disease follow-up, and workplace or travel health needs. Patients with Integrated Shield Plans should confirm whether the clinic can assist with insurer documentation, and those on the Chronic Disease Management Programme (CDMP) should enquire whether their condition is covered under the MediSave 500/700 outpatient withdrawal limits. For any investigations such as blood panels or referrals to private specialists, ask for an itemised estimate at the time of consultation so that insurance, MediSave, and out-of-pocket portions are clear before payment.
To book an appointment, call the clinic directly or submit an enquiry through the contact form on the listing. Listing data is incomplete — contact Pinnacle Medical Centre Raffles Place directly to confirm details.
Verify the doctor's name on the Singapore Medical Council register and the clinic's MOH Healthcare Services Licence before booking, and for any planned procedure request a written financial counselling estimate that itemises insurance payout, MediSave deduction, and out-of-pocket portions before paying any deposit.
It's my first time visiting the clinic for health screening. The counter staff was friendly and professional and the clinic environment is nice and clean.
Nurses, radiographer, and the doctor were very friendly and gentle even though they were busy attending to others. The health screening went smoothly and was fuss free.
clinic staff farah and megan were friendly and accommodating. I had a comfortable experience and i didn't have to wait very long highly recommend
Really convenient from my working place, splendid consultation done by Dr. Coral, new and clean environment. Definitely will visit here as my favorite clinic!

GP consultations at private clinics in Singapore typically run S$25–60 per visit, with fees varying by complexity and the duration of the consultation. Common add-ons billed separately include investigations (blood panel S$60–200, urine tests S$20–50, throat or nasal swabs S$30–80), prescriptions, and follow-up reviews. GST applies on private medical services. For any planned investigations or specialist referrals, ask the clinic for an itemised breakdown at the point of consultation. If you intend to claim under an Integrated Shield Plan, confirm pre-authorisation requirements with your insurer before proceeding. See the full GP & 24-Hour Clinics cost guide for Singapore →
No regulatory licences are currently listed on this KakiList profile. Every legitimate clinic in Singapore should hold an MOH Healthcare Services Licence issued under the Healthcare Services Act, and every practising doctor should appear on the Singapore Medical Council (SMC) public register at smc.gov.sg. Before booking, verify the clinic's MOH licence on the MOH licensee directory and search the consulting doctor's name on the SMC register to confirm active registration status and any specialist accreditation. Neither the MOH licence nor the SMC entry alone is sufficient — confirm both. As no licences are listed here, contact Pinnacle Medical Centre Raffles Place directly to request these details before your visit.
For GP visits, MediSave can be used under the MediSave 500/700 outpatient withdrawal limits — S$500 per year for general outpatient conditions, S$700 per year for chronic conditions covered under the Chronic Disease Management Programme (CDMP), which includes hypertension, diabetes, lipid disorders, asthma, COPD, stroke, and selected mental health conditions. Confirm at the clinic whether CDMP claims are supported. If you hold an Integrated Shield Plan layered on MediShield Life, check your policy's terms for outpatient coverage — most IP plans cover specialist visits and day surgery more readily than GP consultations. For any planned procedure, request a written financial counselling estimate that splits insurance payout, MediSave deduction, and out-of-pocket portions before paying any deposit.
