About Platinum Medical Clinic Saraca Breeze Yishun

About Platinum Medical Clinic Saraca Breeze Yishun

Platinum Medical Clinic Saraca Breeze Yishun is a general practice clinic located at Block 504 Yishun Street 51, within the Acacia Breeze development in Yishun. It holds a 4.0/5 rating across 134 Google reviews, which represents a robust sample. No regulatory licences have been confirmed in the listing data, and ACRA registration has not been verified, so prospective patients are advised to confirm the clinic's MOH Healthcare Services Licence and the consulting doctor's Singapore Medical Council (SMC) registration directly before booking.

For most visits, patients can walk in for a GP consultation covering acute illness, minor injuries, chronic disease follow-up, and routine health screening. Patients managing chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, or hyperlipidaemia may be eligible for the Chronic Disease Management Programme (CDMP), which allows MediSave withdrawals of up to S$700 per year for outpatient treatment at participating CDMP clinics. Those with an Integrated Shield Plan layered on MediShield Life should check their policy's outpatient rider terms, as GP claims vary by insurer. For referrals to specialist outpatient clinics at restructured hospitals, a GP referral letter supports the subsidised SOC pathway for Singapore Citizens and PRs.

To make an appointment or enquire about consultation hours and CDMP participation, contact the clinic directly by phone or via the enquiry form listed on this page.

I recently moved to this part of Yishun and one of my biggest concern was finding a good and nice GP that was comparable to my prev clinic at St31. An ex-colleague staying at the condo opposite recommended me to PMC. Came in with a bad fever and throat on Sunday evening and subsequently Wed when the throat worsened. Dr Raj and Dr Sriram are very caring and nice, and took the time to explain certain things. The counter ladies also provide top-notch and efficient service. The fact that they hired 3 admin/dispensary clinic assistants for morning slots really say a lot.

With 2 small kids we visited this clinic a good 60-70 times over the course of 6 years . It’s a no nonsense clinic - they don’t prescribe unnessesary medication - in a few rare occasions they misdiagnosed for our kids but that can happen everywhere- both doctors and counter staff are super friendly and professional . Try not come on Monday mornings - queue is crazy ( speaks for the clinic )

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does Platinum Medical Clinic Saraca Breeze Yishun charge?

GP consultations at private clinics in Singapore typically run S$25–60, with follow-up visits often at the lower end of that range. Common add-ons billed separately include investigations such as a blood panel (S$60–200), urine tests, throat or nasal swabs, and prescriptions. GST applies on private medical services. For planned health screening, package prices vary widely — a basic screen runs S$150–400, while comprehensive panels covering cardiac markers, cancer screens, and imaging can reach S$800–2,500+. Ask for an itemised breakdown before committing to any package. For any procedure requiring pre-authorisation, request a written financial counselling estimate that splits insurance payout, MediSave deduction, and out-of-pocket portions. Is Platinum Medical Clinic Saraca Breeze Yishun MOH-licensed and how do I verify the doctor?

Every legitimate clinic operating in Singapore must hold an MOH Healthcare Services Licence issued under the Healthcare Services Act — verifiable on the MOH licensee directory at moh.gov.sg. Every practising doctor must appear on the Singapore Medical Council (SMC) public register at smc.gov.sg; searching by name confirms registration status, specialist accreditation where applicable, and any disciplinary history. No licences have been confirmed in this listing, so patients should verify both the clinic's MOH licence and the named doctor's SMC registration directly before booking. Neither the clinic licence alone nor the SMC entry alone is sufficient — both are required for a legitimately operating medical practice.

How do I use MediSave or insurance at Platinum Medical Clinic Saraca Breeze Yishun?

MediSave can be used for selected outpatient treatment at GP clinics participating in the Chronic Disease Management Programme (CDMP), with withdrawal limits of up to S$500 per year for general outpatient conditions and S$700 per year for CDMP-listed chronic conditions including hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidaemia, asthma, stroke, and selected mental health conditions. Confirm with the clinic whether it is a registered CDMP provider before your visit. Integrated Shield Plans (IPs) layered on MediShield Life generally cover inpatient and day-surgery costs rather than routine GP visits, though some plans include an outpatient rider — check your policy's terms with your insurer. For any planned procedure, request an itemised pre-treatment financial counselling estimate in writing before paying any deposit, as this is the most reliable way to avoid unexpected bill components.
