About PlayFACTO School
PlayFACTO School is an education provider in Singapore offering holiday camps, based at 72 Bendemeer Road in the Luzerne Building and serving families islandwide. The listing is KakiList-verified and ACRA-registered. It holds a 4.8/5 rating across 79 Google reviews, a moderate sample that lends reasonable confidence to that figure. Pricing is positioned at the mid-range ($$), though specific per-session or per-programme fees were not provided and should be confirmed directly.
Families typically begin by enquiring about the appropriate camp level for their child's age group and interests, and whether the programme aligns with any syllabus enrichment goals or is purely recreational. Holiday camps usually run in fixed cohorts tied to the school calendar — June and December are the peak intake periods — so checking availability early matters. It is worth asking whether places are sold per day, per week, or as a full-camp block, and whether a sibling discount or early-bird rate applies. Group sizes and the facilitator-to-child ratio are worth confirming, as these affect the quality of engagement, particularly for hands-on or activity-based formats.
To find out what is available for the upcoming school holiday period, contact PlayFACTO School directly via WhatsApp, phone, or the enquiry form to confirm camp dates, age suitability, and how to secure a place.

We are very grateful for the care and attention given to Ethan during his time at Playfacto . The teachers are patient, warm and genuinely invested in the children’s well-being and growth. Ethan always felt comfortable and happy, and as parents, that gives us great peace of mind. Thank you for creating such a positive and nurturing environment — we truly appreciate all that you do. Highly recommended 👍
Last month I had the opportunity to attend the open house at Playfacto Boon Keng and I loved what I saw. The event provided a comprehensive overview of the centre’s offerings, leaving me confident about enrolling my LO there. I am not one to write reviews but definitely check this student care out! Good things must share!!! From the moment our family arrived, the atmosphere was welcoming! Everyone greeted us warmly and took the time to explain the centre’s programs and daily routines. Their passion for providing quality care and education can clearly be seen. The facility itself is wonderful. Classrooms are bright and spacious! I was especially impressed by how Joy did not hard sell her centre. She even suggested that we visit other centres and only sign up if we resonated with her. I am thoroughly impressed and look forward to seeing my LO flourish. Thanks, Joy and team!!! 👍🏻
Jun 2025: Thought I should provide another latest review after previous review in 2023. Joy, Nurin and team continues to impress us, even though school fees has increased in tandem with inflation, but it is still the best choice for working parents like us. PlayFACTO has been inculcating good values to kids and always have interesting outings (programmes) arranged for kids during school holidays. The individual classroom settings still remain for each primary sch level and well organised. Teachers have always ensure the kids complete their school homework. My girl had a memorable birthday celebration over there too. It’s assuring that my girl is in good hands with PlayFACTO. 2023: I was relieved to find a quality and conducive ‘after school’ student care centre in Boon Keng area after failing to secure a place for my daughter earlier in another centre located within her primary school. It was equally pleasing and assuring after having a 1-to-1 campus tour conducted by Ms Joy (Centre Head) last week. I look forward to hearing and sharing from my girl when she starts her ‘after school’ life there :)
Delighted to find a brand new Playfacto just a stone throw away from Boon Keng mrt. There’re 8 classrooms with a cosy library corner, 2 shower rooms and a big pantry. Most importantly, Joy, the centre director is a warm and friendly mother who understands the needs of parents and kids. Liasing with her has been a breeze.
Very clean and spacious student care providing optional enrichment classes (coding and robotics, creative math) so parents don’t have to spend time traveling around to send their kids to different classes. Centre head is very patient, loving and caring to children. If you’re staying nearby and need a student care, I highly recommend this place!

PlayFACTO School's pricing is indicated as mid-range ($$), but specific fees per session, per day, or per camp block were not published at the time of this listing. Holiday camp programmes in Singapore typically range from S$50–120 per day for group formats, with full-week packages often offered at a bundled rate. When enquiring, ask whether the fee covers all materials, whether there is a separate registration charge, and whether any sibling or early-bird discount applies. Confirm the cancellation and refund policy before payment, as holiday camp slots are often non-refundable once the cohort is confirmed. See the full holiday camps cost guide for Singapore →
Trial or taster session availability varies by programme. For holiday camps structured as multi-day blocks, a single-day trial may not be offered, but some providers allow families to sign up for individual days rather than a full week. It is worth asking PlayFACTO School directly whether a one-day entry option exists before committing to a longer block. When assessing fit, consider whether the camp's theme and activity style suit your child's learning preferences, whether the group size feels manageable, and whether the facilitator's approach keeps children genuinely engaged rather than passively occupied. If possible, ask to see a sample daily schedule before enrolling.
Specific educator qualifications were not listed in the available provider data. For a holiday camp context, relevant credentials to ask about include experience working with children in the relevant age group, any early childhood or education training, and whether facilitators have a background in the specific subject area the camp covers. PlayFACTO School can be contacted directly via WhatsApp, phone, or the enquiry form to ask about the team's background, the facilitator-to-child ratio, and how programmes are structured and supervised. Confirming these details before enrolment is advisable, particularly for younger children.
