Families typically begin by enquiring about subject and level fit, whether the centre offers group tuition or one-to-one sessions, and how closely the syllabus aligns with MOE, IB, IGCSE, or other curricula the student follows. It is worth asking about trial classes before committing to a term, what materials are provided, and whether lessons are conducted at the Clementi centre or online. Understanding the term commitment and any sibling or package discounts upfront helps families plan effectively.
To get started, reach out to Polymath Learning Centre via WhatsApp, phone, or the enquiry form to confirm subject availability, check scheduling options, and arrange a trial class before signing up for a full term.

Dear Mr Chung, I would like to express my heartfelt appreciation for your dedication and guidance in teaching both my children. My son has achieved AL2 in Mathematics and Science, and we are truly grateful for the effort, patience, and encouragement you have given him throughout his learning journey. You also taught my daughter last year, who has since completed her PSLE, and we are equally thankful for the strong foundation you helped her build. Your commitment, clarity in teaching, and ability to make difficult concepts easy to understand have made a significant difference to both of them. Thank you for always believing in your students and motivating them to do their best. We deeply appreciate your hard work and the positive impact you have made on our children’s education. Warmest thanks once
My children have been attending both online and in-person classes with Polymath from P4 through to their PSLE. Mr. Chung is a highly experienced teacher who quickly builds rapport with his students, making lessons both engaging and enjoyable. He incorporates educational games and diverse materials that capture the students' attention. Mr. Chung is also incredibly dedicated, ensuring that his lesson notes are thorough, with key concepts and focus areas clearly highlighted. His fees are very reasonable compared to other learning centers, yet the quality of the materials and teaching is exceptional. Moreover, he generously provides additional learning resources and materials at no extra cost to support his students' progress. I would strongly recommend Polymath to anyone looking for primary Maths and Science tuition, whether online or in person. Mr. Chung’s approach truly makes a difference in helping children excel.
My child has greatly benefited from Polymath Learning Centre. The teacher Mr.Chung is truly extraordinary – not only does he explain concepts clearly, but he also makes learning enjoyable and engaging. He is very patient, dedicated, and ensures every student understands the subject well. We have seen a big improvement in both confidence and performance. I would highly recommend Polymath Learning Centre to any parent looking for quality tuition
I sent my kid to have lessons here as it is near my flat in walking distance. It turned out very well. My boy improved his exam marks significantly. Thanks for the good job done and makes me no more so stressful about my kid's math work.
Thank you and Mr Chung. One of the Best Tuition center. Mr Chung is so dedicated and committed to his teaching and students. And even gives so many free lessons for the P6s. Sacrifice his time with family, even on PH to give FREE lesson for the P6s. My son's science teacher wanted to put him in Foundation sci earlier this year, after the WA1. But we asked the school to give him a chance. We are glad that we found Polymath and my son improved merely in a few months' time. His Science teacher was actually impressed with his prelim result. Really appreciate it, Thank you, Polymath and team. 🙏🏻

Polymath Learning Centre is listed at the S$$ price tier, but specific per-session rates, monthly package fees, and term-based pricing are not publicly displayed. It is common for tuition centres to offer a choice between paying per session, committing to a monthly package, or enrolling on a per-term basis, with the per-term route often being the most cost-effective. Additional costs to clarify before enrolment include any trial class fee, the cost of printed or digital materials, and whether sibling discounts or multi-subject package rates apply. Confirming these in writing before committing to a term helps avoid surprises. See the full Private Tutors cost guide for Singapore →
Many tuition providers offer a trial class — either free or at a reduced fee — before a student commits to a full term or monthly package. This session is an opportunity to assess whether the teaching style suits the student, whether the pace and level of instruction are appropriate, and whether the student feels engaged and comfortable in the setting. During or after the trial, it is worth noting how the tutor explains concepts, how questions are handled, and whether the content aligns with the student's current school syllabus. Contact Polymath Learning Centre directly via WhatsApp, phone, or the enquiry form to ask about their specific trial class policy and associated cost.
Credential details for the tutors at Polymath Learning Centre are not listed publicly on KakiList. When evaluating a tuition provider, it is reasonable to ask whether tutors hold NIE or MOE teaching experience, relevant university degrees in the subjects they teach, and how many years they have been teaching at the relevant level. It is also worth confirming which syllabus the tutor is aligned to — MOE, IB, IGCSE, or AP — particularly if the student is sitting a specific examination. Contact Polymath Learning Centre directly to ask for the credentials of the tutor who would be assigned to your child before committing to a term.
