Vaccination records — particularly proof of DHPP and rabies — are standard requirements for any reputable pet sitter or walker, so have these on hand before enquiring. It is worth asking whether a trial visit or introductory session is available so your dog can acclimatise to the sitter before a recurring arrangement begins. This is my first time send my puppy Mocha for boarding and I was very worried. Pooch Nannies did a good job keep me updated with videos everyday and messages when I was overseas. After 8pm, we can even see him on cctv everyday. When mocha not eating well for first few days, she even hand feed him to make sure he eat. She also response and rely me fast when I ask her anything about Mocha. Keep it up 👍and thanks so much ❤
This was my first time sending Elfy to a boarding and I was initially quite worried. There were so many pros and cons to consider, and I wasn’t sure whether to choose an open concept or an individual setup. That was until I came across Pooch Nannies. What I love about Pooch Nannies is that they allow the dogs to roam freely from 8am to 8pm, and then rest in individual cubicles from 8pm to 8am and I can able to monitored by live CCTV. It gave me peace of mind knowing that Elfy wouldn’t be confined to a cubicle all day. Tammie, one of the staff members, has been incredibly helpful in updating me and helping Elfy adjust to the new environment. Although she looks young, her experience as a furkid owner really shows. She gave me great insights into Elfy’s behavior and how he was settling in. I’m really glad I found Pooch Nannies, and I’m hopeful that Elfy will feel even more comfortable during his next stay!
Pooch Nannies is awesome! It’s our first time sending our puppy to pet boarding, we were worried and anxious but Sarah assured us and throughout my puppy’s stay, she sent daily updates and pictures and videos of her playing and eating. These gave us a peace of mind while travelling. My puppy had a great time there and we will definitely send her there when we go travelling. Thank you Pooch Nannies!
I can't express enough how wonderful my experience has been with Pooch Nannies. This has been my go-to boarding and already availed their services twice, and sometimes for daycare as well. Their transparency in providing consistent updates on Miki's well-being has given me such peace of mind during my travel. They're always accommodating with any additional requests or needs for my dog, which is truly appreciated. If ever there's a concern or something noteworthy, they never hesitate to keep me informed promptly. But what warms my heart the most is seeing Miki return home so happy every time she stays with them. Her cheerful demeanor is a testament to the excellent care and love she receives at Pooch Nannies. I wholeheartedly recommend them to any pet parent looking for boarding or daycare services!
Started dog day care with Pooch Nannies in Nov 24 with $600 credit package. After 1 month, package increase to minimum $900. After 2 months, minimum $1500, but for me at $1000. My dog alway came back with wet face and with poo stain on paws, have body Odour. Staff dress up untidy with lots of fur on clothing.advertised run by ex-vet nurse which is not true. Owner is vet nurse but only have 1 full time staff and 2 part timers all teenagers. On 3 June, msg me at 8pm plus that they have 13 dogs on board and asked me not to send my dog the next day. With short notice, I said not possible and send to centre usual. Claimed to have 2 staff to manage the 13 dogs but only 1. On 5 June, owner msg me at 9pm that my dog damaged the dog gate but no proof given to me. Told me that they cannot accommodate my dog in their facility any longer since I asked to separate my dog from 2 dogs who belong to the full time staff. 1 of her dog have skin allergy.

Pooch Nannies is priced in the mid-range tier, though specific per-visit rates are not publicly listed and should be confirmed directly with the provider. In the Singapore market, dog walking typically costs between S$20 and S$35 per session, while pet sitting can range from S$50 to S$100 or more per day depending on the level of care and duration. Breed size, coat type, and any special behavioural needs may attract surcharges, and mobile or in-home visit services sometimes include a travel component in the rate. Add-on services such as nail trimming, ear cleaning, or feeding routines may be priced separately. Always confirm the full scope of what is included before booking. Most responsible pet sitters and dog walkers in Singapore require dogs to be up to date on core vaccinations before accepting a booking. For dogs, this typically means the DHPP combination vaccine (covering distemper, hepatitis, parvovirus, and parainfluenza) as well as rabies vaccination. If boarding or group care is involved, bordetella (kennel cough) vaccination is also commonly required. Vaccinations are generally expected to have been administered within the past 12 months. You will usually be asked to present your pet's vaccination records — issued by a licensed veterinarian — at the point of enquiry or at the first visit. Contact Pooch Nannies directly to confirm their specific vaccination policy before your dog's first appointment.
Pooch Nannies is KakiList verified, meaning a real person has confirmed the provider's operating details and contact channels. However, no regulatory licences are currently listed for this provider. In Singapore, the Animal and Veterinary Service (AVS) under the National Parks Board regulates certain animal-related businesses, and boarding facilities in particular are required to hold an AVS licence. It is advisable to ask Pooch Nannies directly whether they hold any AVS authorisation relevant to their services. Insurance is another important consideration — enquire whether the provider carries coverage for incidents such as pet injury, illness, or loss during the service period. Confirm the protocol if your dog becomes unwell or is involved in an accident while in their care. Visit the facility if applicable, check the vaccination policy, and confirm insurance before drop-off.
