Lulu isn’t an easy cat to manage but we needed a safe space for her while waiting for our new home. We trusted our diva Lulu to Popcats for 8 weeks! Lulu transitted well and she was spoilt rotten by Popcats! What we love bout Popcats is that they arranged for us to visit and spend time with Lulu weekly! We always look forward to the weekly visits cos the environment is so clean and well ventilated that we didn’t feel like we were in a cat hotel. ⚠️ WARNING: Please don’t send your cat here if you can’t match up to the cleanliness and hospitality of Popcats! 🤣 Really an awesome place to trust the care of your cat! It was my cats first time in boarding and both Liang and Fann were incredible in making Bella feel so welcomed! They made sure she was well taken care of, well fed, and of course their daily updates kept our minds at ease. The environment was exceptionally clean and they made sure every cat had "outdoor" time to play in the common area. They allowed her ample time to roam freely and be her noisy little self when it came to play time. Bella was in the Playsuite (we sprung for a window view 🤣) and by the third day, she was so comfortable, she treated it like her own home! We're super thankful for Liang and Fann for taking care and loving our Bella girl for this period and we're sure she misses you guys. Overall, we highly recommend PopCats to anyone who is looking to board their furbabies 5 stars all around! ✨️✨️

We left our cat Miku at Popcats hotel during our vacation, and we’re really happy with the experience. This was her second stay here, and she adjusted very well both times—even though she’s a bit skittish and independent by nature. It’s clear that the calm and caring environment made a big difference for her. Fann and Liang truly know what they’re doing. From my interactions with them, it’s obvious they have a deep understanding of cat behavior and genuinely care about each cat’s comfort. They are gentle, patient, and give the cats enough space and time to settle in at their own pace. They shared updates daily, and seeing Miku do zoomies and claiming the cat sofa there was fun to watch. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed with plenty of space and stimulation for the cats. The cabins are large and multi-storied, so even when the cats are in their own space, they have room to explore and play. We’ll definitely be using their services again in the future and highly recommend them to other cat parents—especially those with shy or sensitive cats!
