We engaged Posh Home's Paisley for the renovation of our condominium after interviewing several interior designers recommended by Qanvast, and weβre very glad we made the right choice. From the start, Paisley was approachable, friendly, and full of great ideas. She was not only able to share her professional suggestions, but also remained open and receptive to our own inputs throughout the process, which made the entire collaboration feel seamless and respectful. One of Paisleyβs standout qualities is her ability to coordinate and manage various vendors and contractors effectively. She handled scheduling and logistics smoothly, and whenever any issue arose, she was quick to address it and get things resolved efficiently. Her responsiveness gave us a lot of peace of mind during the renovation journey. While there was a slight delay towards the end due to wallpaper and curtain installation, Paisley followed up diligently and ensured everything was completed to satisfaction. Even after we moved in three months ago, she has continued to help us coordinate minor touch-ups, which speaks volumes about her commitment and after-service support. For anyone planning a renovation, we recommend allowing some flexibility in your timeline, especially around long weekends or public holidays. That said, having someone like Paisley to guide and manage the process makes a big difference. Overall, we are very pleased with our newly renovated home and grateful to Paisley for her professionalism, creativity, and commitment. Her attention to detail and dedication didnβt end with project handoverβshe continues to follow through, even months after completion. That level of accountability is rare, and itβs what truly sets her apart.
We went to Posh Home at the most challenging of times. Against the backdrop of rising cost, COVID restrictions, manpower restriction and a finite budget, we approached Posh Home Interior Design. We were glad to have Charles, the Senior Designer/Team Manager, from Posh Home taking on our project. Charles is patient, he listened to all our needs before deliberating on the first proposal draft. He is able to balance great design with the functionality; coupled with amazing technical knowledge and budget management. He is one that does not take shortcuts or compromise on quality. While being mindful of our cost, he will recommend materials that meet our needs and requirements without compromising on the aesthetic quality. He has a good grasp of the design style we want and came out with a lot of great design suggestions. Charles surprised us with a well-proposed design that balances ecstatics with functionality. It was a breeze for us to approve the design on the first draft. He thoughtfully created a seamless design style through the whole house, from the carpentry design, floor tiles, fixtures, railings to colour combinations. Every part of the house has its distinct characters, yet when viewed as a whole compliment seamlessly and works beautifully to bring out the design theme. Charles was able to commit and stick to the renovation timeline. He took us through the whole process step by step throughout the renovation journey. Being a helpful individual, he always tries to address our needs. He even goes out of his way to ensure the integrity of the designs are not compromised when we make changes. We are very happy with the final result of the renovation. Charles took time to address issues and fix them promptly even after we have moved in.
Just completed a major renovation of a 30+ year old HDB with Miki Shi. She is professional and offers great design ideas from the onset on space utilization and design. She listens and caters to our unique needs and wants, and offers refreshing ideas on how to optimize our space with a good flow. She also guides us on design and colors and although we were initially hesitant on the color choices and palette, it all turned out very nicely eventually! Given it is an old development and odd shaped unit, there were many challenges in the renovation journey. Miki was able to offer alternative solutions and workarounds throughout. Miki also keeps close tabs on the project status, and often goes on site to check and also keeps us updated with pictures and videos. As with any renovation project, some hiccups were expected but Miki managed to turnaround any situation and resolve any issues promptly which was much appreciated! Highly recommend this ID firm, which also offers 5 year warranty on the workmanship, which is rather high by industry standards - so we can have a peace of mind.
I would like to thank my ID Ray Foh for transforming my kitchen and 2 toilets. Throughout the whole process, he is very responsive to all my queries, shared his ideas and always given me suggestions. During this pandemic it is not easy to plan. We discussed to get things done within 1 and a half month everything is done. During the renovation process he took photos to update me of the progress.. I love my 2 toilets and kitchen.. Space saving, my kitchen is cluttered free and my toilet looks like a boutique hotel. ;) Not gotta lie, my kitchen service yard door was wrongly installed but he managed to get the door contractor re-do the whole thing.. He is very responsible towards his job and maintain a good relation between his client.. Keep up the good job! Overall, I am satisfied with our renovation.
From our first meet with Charles, we connected really well and he was helpful in incorporating certain "uncommon" ideas we had into an otherwise common HDB floor plan. He was quick to respond and sincere, and we felt comfortable entrusting our first home in the good hands of Charles. From our pre-pandemic signing to renovating during the pandemic, Charles honoured contract details despite difficulties in procuring manpower and materials. As first-time owners, we were also back and forth with our decisions as we weighed costs and benefits, but Charles was patient in the multiple times we amended our contract. I think the most stellar of all was the workmanship - friends and family that visited said that workmanship was great, particularly for our wardrobe and cabinets. Post-renovation, we had virtually no major issues with regards to the hardware, and even with smaller problems like touching up of paint, Charles helped us to resolve these even though we were aware of a shortage of workers. There was a slight delay to the timeline because of the pandemic, but we experienced Charles' sincerity in getting things completed on time and we are confident he tried his best. All-in-all, we could not have picked a better designer for ourselves, and will continue to support Charles in the future.
