Peace to you Our dad has Parkinson's and Dementia. He stayed for a month at Precious Homes and received respite care during our helper's home visit. The medical attention, communication and rapport of the staff left a positive impression during his stay. We would recommend this space for elderly activities, care and stay. I would like to thank you Senja home level 4 nurse for taking good care of my dad for many years until he recently passed on. Especially thanks to the staff nurse Adrian N.pascua , Moses , Mark , Joyce , Pasupathi, Sheeja , Ye Aung and Delia . My dad has good time at this home and also residents friends during his stay .

Has a modern-looking facade but a worn out interior. Elderly are in doorless wards of 8. Badly maintained: beds, furniture, walls, appliances are all blackened with age and dusty. How could housekeeping not maintain a basic level of cleanliness? Activity and exercise rooms look equally sad. A dreary sorry place for elderly to be in. Some caregiving staff do not understand English or are disinterested or are just too overworked to provide good service. There are some good staff, it's a pleasure to see them when they're on their shift. This being an unaffliated private nursing home, there are fewer volunteers or a comprehensive engagement programme for elderly. For that, it seems the religious affliated nursing homes are able to do that - at the same cost. Meals are served cold to elderly. They do not even bother to keep the food warm. A sad place to spend the last days of one's life. We had no choice to place elderly there temporarily. It was a relief when we could check out.
