About Precious Homes
Precious Homes is a nursing home located at 6 Lengkok Bahru, Singapore, serving families across the island. The listing is KakiList-verified and ACRA-registered. With 12 Google reviews at a rating of 3.7 out of 5, the sample size is small and should be treated as directional only rather than definitive. No regulatory licences are recorded in this listing, and families are strongly advised to confirm MOH or AIC registration directly with the home before proceeding.
Families considering a nursing home placement typically begin with a care assessment to establish the resident's mobility level, medical diagnoses, and personal care requirements. For Precious Homes, this means contacting them by phone or through their enquiry form to discuss room availability, care staffing ratios, and daily routines. Key questions to raise include whether the home can accommodate specific medical needs — such as tube feeding, wound care, or dementia management — and what allied health services (physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy) are available on-site or through visiting professionals. Clarifying the fee structure, any means-tested subsidies, and the process for assessing a new resident before admission is equally important.
To take the next step, call Precious Homes directly or submit an enquiry through their contact form to arrange a facility visit and request a copy of their admissions criteria and fee schedule before committing.

Peace to you Our dad has Parkinson's and Dementia. He stayed for a month at Precious Homes and received respite care during our helper's home visit. The medical attention, communication and rapport of the staff left a positive impression during his stay. We would recommend this space for elderly activities, care and stay. Also we would like to say to everyone at precious homes, Thank You! ♥️⭐
I would like to thank you Senja home level 4 nurse for taking good care of my dad for many years until he recently passed on. Especially thanks to the staff nurse Adrian N.pascua , Moses , Mark , Joyce , Pasupathi, Sheeja , Ye Aung and Delia . My dad has good time at this home and also residents friends during his stay .
Has a modern-looking facade but a worn out interior. Elderly are in doorless wards of 8. Badly maintained: beds, furniture, walls, appliances are all blackened with age and dusty. How could housekeeping not maintain a basic level of cleanliness? Activity and exercise rooms look equally sad. A dreary sorry place for elderly to be in. Some caregiving staff do not understand English or are disinterested or are just too overworked to provide good service. There are some good staff, it's a pleasure to see them when they're on their shift. This being an unaffliated private nursing home, there are fewer volunteers or a comprehensive engagement programme for elderly. For that, it seems the religious affliated nursing homes are able to do that - at the same cost. Meals are served cold to elderly. They do not even bother to keep the food warm. A sad place to spend the last days of one's life. We had no choice to place elderly there temporarily. It was a relief when we could check out.
It's my first time experience putting my mother in a nursing home and I am very disappointed. The first day sit in already feel regretted. Now I just cannot wait for the 30 days to be over. No more nursing home in the future. I would rather place my mother in the hospital or community hospital...
low levels of cleanliness, nurses are unfriendly. food is served COLD. do not recommend

Nursing home fees in Singapore vary significantly depending on ward type, level of care, and subsidy eligibility. Subsidised beds at MOH-approved nursing homes typically run from around S$1,200 to S$2,800 per month after government subsidies for Singapore Citizens, with PRs paying more and non-residents paying unsubsidised rates. Unsubsidised or private nursing home fees can reach S$3,500–6,000 or more per month. On top of the base monthly rate, confirm whether incontinence supplies, physiotherapy, wound dressings, or specialist visits are billed separately. Public holiday surcharges and transport for medical appointments may also apply. Contact Precious Homes directly for their current fee schedule, as pricing is not publicly listed. As a nursing home, Precious Homes provides full residential (live-in) care rather than visit-based home care. Residents move in permanently or for long-term stays, with round-the-clock nursing support and structured daily routines including meals, personal hygiene assistance, and recreational activities. Families should clarify the admissions process, including whether a trial or short-term respite stay is available before a permanent placement. It is also worth asking about visiting hours, whether family members can participate in care planning meetings, and what the process is if a resident's medical or behavioural needs change over time. A written care plan outlining scope, staffing, and escalation protocols should be requested before admission. Insist on a trial period where available, and put the care plan, hours, and rate in writing.
Nursing homes operating in Singapore are required to be licensed by the Ministry of Health (MOH) and are typically registered with the Agency for Integrated Care (AIC). Nursing staff should hold recognised qualifications such as the enrolled nurse or registered nurse credential under the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC). Nursing aides should have completed the NITEC in Healthcare Support or equivalent training. No regulatory licences are currently recorded for Precious Homes on this listing. Before admission, ask the home to provide their MOH nursing home licence number and confirm staffing qualifications and nurse-to-resident ratios. Also ask about professional indemnity and public liability coverage in the event of a resident injury or incident. Insist on a trial period and put the care plan, hours, and rate in writing.
