Ordered pregnancy meals some time back. We paid a deposit which was supposed to be refunded after the subscription ends, but it seems like the business is closed and no one is in charge anymore. Contact numbers are all defunct (including the one on GMB). Probably a lost cause for us, please reach out if anyone looking to raise a case together.

Worst experience ever. First, we ordered 28days confinement meals on their site but when the meal arrived it was 100% different from the website. Secondly, the food came at 4pm(FOR DINNER?) without a warm bag. I mean, it's confinement. We ordered the food for convenience but you're giving us more headache as we need to reheat the food. We then tried for a refund but they keep dragging? Oh and they charge GST even though they are not GST registered. Lastly, we tried for many resolution. Even created a whatsapp group because the person in charge "Linda" was texting between me and my wife. End up she left and block us anyway. @Pregnancymeal you guys have no business sense at all. I only hope that your future customers are wise enough to pursue action against you.
