Parents typically begin by confirming the dietary tradition, daily tray count, and delivery schedule before placing an order. Prepped's confinement meals are delivered hot twice daily — typically at lunchtime and in the late afternoon — in microwave-safe, BPA-free packaging within a roughly four-hour window of cooking. It is worth confirming whether herbal soups, red dates tea, and longan tea are included in the package price or billed separately, and whether a 7-day or 14-day trial option is available before committing to a full 28-day package. Mothers with specific dietary requirements — such as halal, low-spice, or no rice wine for breastfeeding — should raise these at enquiry stage. Prepped's registered address is at 239 Pandan Loop, Singapore 128425.
To get started, reach out via WhatsApp, phone, or the enquiry form to confirm current package pricing, delivery slots for your due date, and whether a trial meal can be arranged before you pay a deposit.
Order a trial meal and confirm the SFA hygiene grade (and MUIS halal certificate if relevant) before paying the package deposit.
Great service! I used to think I hated cooking and absolutely refused to cook despite being told that it's much healthier (I also know). Post Prepped, I am actually keen to cook! Turns out, I just dislike prepping ingredients and trying to figure out the instructions. I really appreciate the simple instructions, the variety of dishes that's offered each week and the taste of most of them dishes are really good! The CNY lily bulb chicken dish is seriously good. I also really like the kimchi pork.
Excellent recipes, healthy and tasty. Great packaging and a lot of love and care placed into the thought of the food experience for your clients. Keep doing what you do.
Delicious and simple to follow cooking meal kits from Prepped. Ingredients are already and cut and portioned. The kits i tried just needed some simple pan frying, and done in less than 10min.
Very impressed. Very convenient, easy to cook and reasonable price wise.
I can seen great effort from Prepped in offering more interesting and different menu options. I look forward to seeing more combination of western and international meal options. Good job!

Specific package pricing was not available at the time of this listing, so contact Prepped directly for a current quote. As a general reference, Singapore confinement food packages typically run S$1,200–2,800 for a standard 28-day programme, depending on the number of trays per day (usually two — lunch and dinner — or three with breakfast added) and whether herbal soups, red dates tea, longan tea, and confinement tonics are bundled in or billed separately. Shorter trial packages of 7 or 14 days are available from many caterers and are worth asking about before committing to the full 28 days. Confirm whether there is a delivery surcharge for addresses outside central Singapore or for landed properties. See the full confinement food cost guide for Singapore →
Singapore confinement food traditions vary — the most common is Cantonese, featuring warming herbal soups, ginger, sesame oil, and rice wine, but providers may also offer Hokkien, Teochew, Western postnatal, halal, or vegetarian menus. Confirm Prepped's primary tradition and whether the menu rotates day-to-day or repeats on a weekly cycle. If you are breastfeeding and prefer dishes without rice wine or heavy spices, raise this at enquiry stage. Most reputable caterers offer a single-day trial meal at around S$30–60 — it is worth requesting one before paying any deposit, since confinement appetite changes daily and personal taste matters more than the menu description.
No regulatory licences were listed for Prepped at the time of this listing. Legitimate confinement food operations hold an SFA Food Shop Licence or Catering Licence, which carries a hygiene grade (A is highest, followed by B, C, and D). Halal-certified providers additionally hold a MUIS certificate, which should appear on packaging. Ask Prepped to confirm its SFA licence details and hygiene grade before paying any deposit. Confinement meals should be cooked the same day and delivered hot in microwave-safe, BPA-free containers within approximately four hours of preparation. Confirm the twice-daily delivery time slots and ask about the substitute or refund policy in the event a delivery is missed. Order a trial meal and confirm the SFA hygiene grade (and MUIS halal certificate if relevant) before paying the package deposit.
