desk lady was very rude and inconsiderate, my voice was lost couldn’t speak up but she just wants me to speak up, even shouted ‘HUH’ when i tried my best to speak up, resulting in my throat hurting. also, medications prescribed by her are not explained, she just simply said ‘read the instructions on the packaging.’ doesnt say which is for which and whether they should be taken before or after meals. front desk lady truly helped the clinic earn the title ‘clinic from hell’ imo

useless clinic. front desk lady was rude. sounded very annoyed and done with me even though i replied everything instantly. but the worst was the doctor. i had 7 ~1cm deep wounds and doctor refused to help stitch it up or glue it back. all he did was clean it and put a bandage on it, which was eventually soaked in blood within 20mins. wasted $70 there. never going back there ever again. even if i was in a life or death situation i rather travel to kallang polyclinic. oh. and doctor had the audacity to make a joke that “if i didn’t wear my magnifying glasses, i wouldn’t know how deep it is hahaha” , at the point where i was bleeding and in pain, the joke wasn’t funny as all.
