Waiting time for medicine is far too long. Wait time to see a doctor takes 10-30 mins depending on queue, but that's reasonable. However waiting for medicine takes 45-60 mins is not reasonable. What is the nurse doing? I can understand waiting for doctor time but not waiting time is longer than waiting to see doctor, this is really bad. Update: waiting time for medicine is 70 mins and counter staff very rude say you never see I am one person. But she can entertain walk in customer buying medicine first. Really bad experience never coming this place again.

I’ve been visiting this clinic for over 10 years since moving to the area, and honestly, I don’t usually write reviews — but I really felt I should this time. I want to recognise Dr. Eileen Tan and Dr. Liew, who have been absolutely amazing doctors over the years. Both are professional, caring, and genuinely empathetic — they really take the time to listen and make you feel cared for. Dr. Eileen Tan in particular has been the doctor I trust the most; she’s seen me through some serious health episodes, including two times I was hospitalised. Her reassurance and attentiveness really made a difference, and I’m so grateful to still have such a dedicated and kind doctor to turn to. That said, I have to be honest — the reception service has always been the one thing that puts a damper on the experience. I’ve noticed this hasn’t really changed over the years. I totally understand how busy the clinic can get and how stressful it must be to manage long queues, but even then, a little friendliness or patience would go a long way. Sometimes it feels like no matter how polite you are, the receptionists are just... not friendly. It doesn’t take much, just a small gesture or a kind tone to make patients feel welcomed. If not for the great doctors, I probably wouldn’t keep coming back. I really hope the clinic takes this feedback seriously — because it’s such a pity when the medical care is excellent but the front-desk experience leaves patients feeling unwelcome.

I had a very frustrating and disappointing experience at this clinic, and I feel the need to warn others. I arrived at the clinic around 4:20 PM, expecting to get a Medical Certificate (MC) since I wasn’t feeling well and had missed school. According to their stated operating hours (8:00 AM – 11:00 PM), I assumed they were open but when I got there, I was told I had to wait until 5:00 PM just to register. Nowhere was this stated clearly, and it felt misleading to post full-day hours when registration only starts at certain times. After waiting, I finally got to see the doctor, but the consultation lasted barely a minute. He quickly checked my throat, mentioned the right side was inflamed, and issued an MC with no proper explanation or discussion of my condition. The interaction felt extremely rushed and unprofessional. I didn’t even get the chance to speak about how I was feeling in detail. On top of that, I was given a large number of medications that I clearly did not need or ask for, with no explanation provided. The total bill came to $96, $45 for a one-minute consultation, and the rest for unnecessary medication. I only needed an MC, and it felt like I was just handed random meds to justify the cost. Overall, the experience felt like a cash grab rather than a place focused on patient care. Poor communication, unprofessional service, and unreasonable charges. Do not recommend this clinic to anyone looking for genuine, responsible healthcare.

This morning when I call in and told her my eyes swallen and need to see doctor Eileen Tan, even thro the registration time is closed, she still help me to slot in as the last patients. I had an emergency on a Sunday and only a few clinics were open. It was my first time at this clinic because my usual GP was closed until later in the evening. I called ahead to check if they were open. The receptionist said to come at 2pm, so I arrived early. I ended up sitting for 10–15 minutes before the receptionists decided to register me, apparently preoccupied with chatting and complaining about their day. I waited another 5–10 minutes, then was told, “Sorry, the doctor will only come at 3pm.” When I returned at 3pm, the doctor finally arrived, but I still had to wait another 5–7 minutes before being called in. Dr. Rohit looked briefly at my wound and then said he could not help stitch it, though he assured me plenty of other clinics could. He even pulled up Google Maps and told me to locate one myself. When I expressed frustration that I had waited an hour for treatment, he responded sarcastically, “aww ohh I’m so sorryyyy.” I have never been to a clinic with such poor service, lack of professionalism, and dismissive attitude. Waiting an hour in pain and bleeding, only to be sent away and treated sarcastically, was completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this clinic and will not return.
