Saw Dr Ng Chin Khoon for bad nausea and vertigo/giddiness. He was really friendly, patient and understanding! Plus the medicine prescribed was effective and started kicking in within 40mins. I’ve been having regular issues with my symptoms and usually the medicines I’m given takes awhile to work or don’t work on me at all, so I was very pleasantly surprised this time. The staff at the front counter was lovely and kind too ☺️ I’m covered under IHP and the clinic is on the panel. Thank you to the lovely team!

Their sign clearly states open daily 8am to 10pm. See photo. Their Google listing states the same. When i brought my daughter who is quite sick to their clinic at 2pm. They are still open but said registration closed and to come back to 3.30pm. What does that even mean? You have a doctor in the clinic but he doesn't want to see patients? If cannot commit to your listed hours then tear the sign down and don't mislead the public. You want a break until 3.30pm then can my daughter's illness take a break until 3.30pm??? Very unprofessional clinic which doesn't take their role of serving the community in terms of medical needs seriously. 1-star clinic at best!!!!!!!!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Will give a negative if there is. Please dont have locum here if they cannot manage. Dr Chen is so much better. Stop abusing patients and let us wait so long too. Look at the time, and you are already closed. My recent visit to this clinic left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. The wait times were excessively long, from waiting to be seen by the doctor to receiving a prescription (20min). What made matters worse was that the doctor seemed to prioritize one patient over others, causing delays for everyone else in the queue. It's unacceptable for a clinic to operate in such a manner, inconveniencing patients and disregarding their time. I hope the management takes note of these issues and works towards improving their service efficiency and prioritizing patient care. Its been 10mins without patient inside and queue no. Is not moving.

Went today and left after registering, all due to the very rude counter staff who shouted at me very unprofessionally... All I asked politely was "what's the estimated waiting time for my queue? (I. E. so that I could decide to proceed or change clinic) , & she shouted "I don't know, u need to wait, Dr doing a dressing now, I don't know how long, bla bla bla.............(couldn't catch) "..

Employee shouted through the glass door to inform clinic closed 😤 PLEASE PLEASE have the decency to update your operating hours in google (many are using google to search for these kind of information) and not just only sticking a memo outside your clinic!
